模块化多电平变换器低频运行控制方法研究

【摘要】:为实现电动机的高效节能运行,多电平变换器已经被广泛应用到电气传动领域,模块化多电平变换器(Modular Multilevel Converter, MMC)作为多电平变换器的一种,因其模块化程度高、电压等级易于扩充等优点,成为近年来研究的热点。本文以MMC作为研究对象,围绕MMC载波移相调制策略、子模块电容电压控制策略、低频运行控制策略以及实验样机研制进行了研究。 介绍了MMC的拓扑结构以及工作原理,分析了适用于MMC的五电平和九电平两种载波移相调制策略,在相同硬件条件下,九电平载波移相调制策略谐波特性更好;分析了它励和自励两种子模块电容预充电控制策略的具体实现方法;研究了子模块电容电压均衡控制策略;借助Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明所分析的MMC载波移相调制策略和子模块电容电压控制策略正确可行。 对MMC进行数学建模,,根据数学模型,分析了MMC低频运行特性,分析结果表明子模块电容电压的波动与输出电流幅值成正比,与输出频率成反比;为抑制低频工况子模块电容电压的波动,通过叠加高频零序电压和相间环流来提升桥臂能量的波动频率,进而抑制了电容电压的波动;对带阻感负载固定调制度运行和带电机负载全速段运行两种工况分别进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明所分析的低频运行控制策略正确可行。 从主回路和控制系统两个角度进行MMC实验样机的设计,设计了主回路器件参数以及子模块硬件结构,设计了基于主控制器+辅助控制器+子模块控制器的控制系统架构,并对各级控制器的软件进行了设计。采用所研制实验样机对MMC进行了实验验证,实验结果表明所分析的载波移相调制策略、子模块电容电压控制策略以及低频运行控制策略正确可行。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the efficient and energy-saving operation of motor, multilevel converter has been widely used in the field of electrical transmission. As a kind of multilevel converter, modular multilevel converter (Modular Multilevel Converter, MMC), because of its high degree of modularization, has been widely used in the field of electrical transmission. The voltage level is easy to expand and so on, which has become a hot research topic in recent years. Taking MMC as the research object, this paper focuses on MMC carrier phase-shift modulation strategy, capacitor voltage control strategy of sub-module, low-frequency operation control strategy and experimental prototype development. This paper introduces the topology and working principle of MMC, analyzes two kinds of carrier phase-shifted modulation strategies, five-level and nine-level, which are suitable for MMC. Under the same hardware condition, the nine-level carrier phase-shift modulation strategy has better harmonic characteristics. The realization method of capacitor pre-charging control strategy for two sub-modules is analyzed, and the control strategy of capacitor voltage equalization for sub-modules is studied. With the help of Matlab/Simulink, the simulation results show that the MMC carrier phase-shift modulation strategy and the capacitor voltage control strategy of sub-module are correct and feasible. According to the mathematical model of MMC, the operating characteristics of MMC at low frequency are analyzed. The results show that the fluctuation of capacitance voltage in sub-module is proportional to the amplitude of output current and inversely proportional to the output frequency. In order to restrain the fluctuation of capacitance voltage of sub-module in low frequency condition, the fluctuation frequency of bridge arm energy is increased by adding high frequency zero sequence voltage and interphase circulation, and then the fluctuation of capacitance voltage is restrained. The simulation results show that the control strategy of low frequency operation is correct and feasible for the fixed regulation operation with resistance induction load and the full speed operation at full speed section of the load with motor. The simulation results show that the control strategy for low frequency operation is correct and feasible. The experimental prototype of MMC is designed from the view of main loop and control system. The parameters of main circuit and the hardware structure of sub-module are designed, and the control system architecture based on main controller assistant controller sub-module controller is designed. At the same time, the software of all kinds of controllers is designed. The experimental results show that the carrier phase-shift modulation strategy, capacitor voltage control strategy of sub-module and low-frequency operation control strategy are correct and feasible.
