基于DSP的无刷直流电机调速系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:无刷直流电机以电子换相方式替换机械换相方式,因为其构造简单、没有励磁损耗等特点,在各行各业广泛应用。为此,本课题选用DSP作为主控芯片,设计无刷直流电机调速系统,实现电机速度控制数字化。 本文首先论述了无刷直流电机基本构造与工作原理,从而建立数学模型,分析研究有位置传感器的无刷直流电机控制方案,实现速度和电流双闭环PWM控制调速。其次,选用TI的TMS320F28335浮点型数字信号处理器作为主控器,设计无刷直流电机调速系统硬件电路整体框图,主要包括电源模块设计、速度检测电路设计、电流检测电路设计、转子位置检测电路设计、保护电路设计以及功率驱动电路设计等。选用CCS3.3作为DSP编程环境,设计无刷直流电机调速系统软件程序整体流程框图,主要包括速度环程序设计、电流环程序设计、转子位置检测与换相程序设计、PWM波产生程序设计等。然后,,采用经典数字PID控制算法,加入限幅与积分校正,达到较好的调速性能。 最后总结了无刷直流电机调速系统测试与结果分析,验证了PID控制算法的有效性,实现了无刷直流电机速度控制数字化,并且对整体设计进行总结,对后续工作给出展望。
[Abstract]:Brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is widely used in various industries because of its simple structure, no excitation loss and so on. In this paper, DSP is chosen as the main control chip to design the speed control system of brushless DC motor, and realize the digitization of motor speed control. In this paper, the basic structure and working principle of brushless DC motor are discussed firstly, and then the mathematical model is established. The control scheme of brushless DC motor with position sensor is analyzed and studied, and the speed and current double closed loop PWM control speed regulation is realized. Secondly, using TMS320F28335 floating-point digital signal processor of TI as the main controller, the hardware block diagram of brushless DC motor speed control system is designed, which mainly includes the design of power module, the design of speed detection circuit, the design of current detection circuit, and the design of hardware circuit of brushless DC motor speed control system. Rotor position detection circuit design, protection circuit design and power drive circuit design. CCS3.3 is chosen as the DSP programming environment to design the whole flow chart of the software program of brushless DC motor speed regulation system, which mainly includes speed loop program design, current loop program design, rotor position detection and commutation program design. PWM wave generation program design and so on. Then, the classical digital PID control algorithm is adopted, and the limiting and integral correction are added to achieve better speed regulation performance. Finally, the test and result analysis of brushless DC motor speed control system are summarized, the validity of PID control algorithm is verified, the speed control digitization of brushless DC motor is realized, and the overall design is summarized, and the future work is prospected.
