高光效侧入式无导光板LED平板灯的研究

【摘要】:能源紧张问题已成为新时期人们关注的重点,在照明方面,节能和绿色环保的LED产品在室内照明市场越来越活跃。然而现有的导光板侧入式LED平板灯在带给人们柔和光照、高亮度大面积照明的同时,也存在着出光效率不高、造价成本过高等不足。本学位论文针对LED平板灯存在的问题,研究了一种侧面背投式无导光板LED平板灯,对平板灯的结构、背光源、散热、出光面扩散板及驱动电路进行了优化设计,以提高无导光板LED平板灯的整灯光效。 论文基于建筑设计的理念及人们日常采光习惯,提出一种侧面背投式无导光板窗式结构的LED平板灯。采用多窗格组合以实现大面积照明, LED灯珠发出的发散光束,通过柱面透镜会聚并掠射在出光面板上,出光面板为透射型扩散板。由于光线没有经过多次反射损失,所以无导光板LED平板灯比一般导光板式LED平板灯的出光效率高,具有光效高,成本低,厚度薄、重量轻等优点。文中优化设计了背光源的结构。采用柱面透镜将侧面入射的LED发散光束会聚在出光面板上,并通过掠射和叠加方法实现出光面板的照度均匀性。基于光度学和几何光学的基本原理,讨论了LED阵列之间的距离,LED灯珠的投射角,以及LED阵列中LED的间距对平板灯光照度分布均匀性的影响,利用九宫格取值法和TracePro软件对所设计的LED平板灯进行参数优化。并基于“烟囱效应”设计了壁挂式LED平板灯散热装置。利用平板灯框架内的空腔形成“烟囱”结构,根据热空气密度小,易上浮的原理,使LED灯条后方管道内的空气快速上升流动进行散热,,并且设计波浪条纹的凸起部位,可显著加快LED灯珠背面的空气流速,有助于散热效率的提高。还设计了一种用于LED平板灯的低功耗LED点阵式驱动电路。采用新型连线结构和驱动方式,使LED驱动电路中尽量不含耗能元件,如:电阻及功率管等,运用电容可在交流下产生的容抗特性,限制电路中工作电流,从而降低LED驱动电源的功耗。 研究了一种适用于无导光板侧入掠射式LED平板灯的双面三棱柱阵列微结构扩散板。通过菲涅尔公式理论分析双面三棱柱阵列增透原理,利用光线追迹软件TracePro模拟仿真了三棱柱阵列深宽比和三棱柱底边宽度对扩散板透射比的影响。模拟结果表明,入射面的透射比随深宽比的增大而增大,对于PMMA和PC光学材料,当深宽比为0.5左右时透射比达到最大,并基本保持不变。出射面三棱柱阵列微结构深宽比在0.5附近由于两次全内反射导致透射比出现一个下降区域,而三棱柱阵列间距对扩散板的透射比影响很小,模拟结果表明优化后的三棱柱微结构阵列扩散板对掠射光线的透光率可达93%。根据优化后的双面三棱柱阵列微结构扩散板相关参数,采用激光打标机实验制作了三棱柱阵列微结构磨具,利用热压法模压成型制得双面三棱柱阵列微结构的PMMA扩散板。并对PMMA扩散板的均匀性、出光效率和配光曲线等进行测试。实验测试结果与理论模拟结果相吻合。
[Abstract]:Energy-intensive problems have become the focus of people's attention in the new era. In terms of lighting, energy-saving and green-friendly LED products are becoming more and more active in the indoor lighting market. However, the existing light guide plate side-in LED flat-plate lamp has the advantages of low light-emitting efficiency and high manufacturing cost. Aiming at the problem of LED panel lamp, this thesis studies a kind of side projection type non-light guide plate LED flat lamp, and designs the structure, backlight, heat dissipation, light exit surface diffusion plate and driving circuit of the plate lamp, so as to improve the whole light effect of the LED flat lamp without light guide plate. Based on the concept of architectural design and people's daily lighting habits, a kind of LED flat plate with side projection type without light guide plate is proposed. a multi-pane combination is adopted to realize large-area illumination, a diverging light beam emitted by the LED lamp bead is converged by a cylindrical lens and is swept on the light-emitting panel, and the light-emitting panel is a transmission-type diffusion, And the light-emitting efficiency is high, the cost is low, the thickness is thin, the light is light, and the like. Point. The design of the backlight's junction is optimized. a cylindrical lens is adopted for converging the LED divergent light beam which is incident on the side surface on the light-emitting panel, and the illumination uniformity of the light-emitting panel is realized by a grazing incidence and a superposition method, The paper discusses the influence of the distance between the LED array, the projection angle of the LED lamp bead and the distance of the LED in the LED array on the uniformity of the distribution of the illumination of the flat-panel lamp. The heat dissipation of the wall-mounted LED panel lamp is designed based on the "chimney effect". by using the cavity in the plate lamp frame to form a "chimney" structure, the air in the rear pipeline of the LED light bar is rapidly rising and flowing for heat dissipation according to the principle of small heat air density and easy to float, and the convex part of the wave stripe is designed, so that the air flow on the back of the LED lamp bead can be obviously accelerated, Speed, which is helpful to the extraction of heat dissipation efficiency The invention also designs a low-power consumption LED dot matrix type driving electricity for an LED panel lamp, The circuit adopts a new connecting structure and a driving mode, so that the LED driving circuit does not contain energy-consuming components as much as possible, such as a resistor and a power tube and the like, and the capacitance can be used for capacitance-resistance characteristic generated under the alternating current, the working current in the circuit is limited, and the work of the LED driving power supply is reduced. In this paper, a double-sided triangular prism array micro-structure suitable for a non-light-guide-plate side-in-one LED panel lamp is studied. The diffusion plate is analyzed by the Fresnel formula theory, and the transmittance of the three-prism array and the width of the three-prism bottom edge to the diffusion plate are simulated by using the ray tracing software TracePro simulation. The simulation results show that the transmittance of the incident surface is increased with the increase of the aspect ratio, and for PMMA and PC optical materials, the transmittance reaches the maximum when the aspect ratio is about 0.5, and is basically guaranteed. The ratio of the depth-to-width ratio of the three-prism array with the exit surface due to the two total internal reflection in the vicinity of 0.5 causes a falling area of the transmittance, and the space of the triangular prism array is opposite to the transmittance of the diffusion plate. The simulation results show that the light transmittance of the three-prism micro-array diffusion plate to the grazing incidence light can reach as high as possible. according to the related parameters of the optimized double-sided triangular prism array micro-structure diffusion plate, a three-prism array micro-structured grinding tool is manufactured by adopting a laser marking machine experiment, the diffusion plate, and the uniformity, the light-emitting efficiency and the light distribution curve of the PMMA diffusion plate, Line test.
