基于虚拟仪器的开关磁阻电机测试系统研究

【摘要】:开关磁阻电机是一种新型的特种电机,其调速系统较传统的交、直流调速系统具有明显的优势。电动机测试是对电动机各项指标进行检测验证,判断其是否符合设计指标,能否满足安全使用要求。而虚拟仪器测试系统是一个集硬件及软件为一体的设备,应用软件开放性、灵活性高的特点,结合计算机硬件资源,突破了传统仪器的限制,大大提升仪器功能。本文结合以上几点,提出应用虚拟仪器建立开关磁阻电机测试系统,重点研究如何应用虚拟仪器实现开关磁阻电机特性测试,如负载特性、脉动特性,实现电机自动测试。 本文围绕研究应用虚拟仪器来设计开关磁阻电机测试系统的目标,首先根据电动机测试、虚拟仪器的国内外研究现状进行学习,分析现今电机测试系统的缺陷以及虚拟仪器的优点。同时结合开关磁阻电机的特性及控制策略进行分析开关磁阻电机特点,为设计测试系统做准备。在此基础上,对测试系统进行总体分析以及硬件选型,并以LabVIEW虚拟仪器作为本文的开发环境,并针对开关磁阻电机转矩脉动特性及非正弦的负载特性编写相关程序及建立试验界面等,,并提供报表生成、数据存储、登录界面等辅助功能,方便用户进行操作,保证系统安全。 在理论分析、系统设计的基础上,本文以一台0.5kW三相32/24极开关磁阻电机为被测对象,采用WT3000高精度功率分析仪、DL750示波记录仪以及DAS-100A数据分析软件作为标准,通过负载试验及转矩脉动试验分析对比,衡量测试系统精度。实验结果表明,本文测试系统满足精度要求,可用于实际生产。
[Abstract]:Switched reluctance motor (SRM) is a new type of special motor. Its speed regulation system has obvious advantages over the traditional AC and DC speed regulation system. Motor testing is to test and verify the motor indexes, to judge whether the motor meets the design index and whether it can meet the requirements of safe use. Virtual instrument testing system is a hardware and software as one of the equipment, application software is open, high flexibility, combined with computer hardware resources, broke through the limitations of traditional instruments, greatly improve the function of the instrument. In this paper, a switched reluctance motor test system based on virtual instrument is put forward, and how to realize the test of switched reluctance motor by virtual instrument, such as load characteristic, pulsation characteristic, and automatic testing of motor, is mainly studied in this paper. This paper focuses on the research and application of virtual instrument in the design of switched reluctance motor testing system. Firstly, according to the motor testing, virtual instrument research situation at home and abroad to carry on the study. The defects of modern motor testing system and the advantages of virtual instrument are analyzed. At the same time, the characteristics of switched reluctance motor (SRM) are analyzed according to the characteristics and control strategy of SRM, so as to prepare for the design of test system. On this basis, the overall analysis of the test system and hardware selection, and LabVIEW virtual instrument as the development environment of this paper. According to the torque ripple characteristic of switched reluctance motor and the load characteristic of non-sinusoidal motor, the related program is compiled and the test interface is established, and the auxiliary functions such as report generation, data storage and login interface are provided to facilitate the operation of the user. Ensure the safety of the system. On the basis of theoretical analysis and system design, this paper takes a 0.5kW three-phase 32-pole switched reluctance motor as the test object, adopts WT3000 high-precision power analyzer, DL750 oscillograph recorder and DAS-100A data analysis software as the standard. The precision of the test system is measured by load test and torque ripple test. The experimental results show that the test system meets the precision requirements and can be used in practical production.
