软开关双极性高重频高压脉冲源

【摘要】:提出一种控制模式,构造了一种基于Boost变换器的双极性高压双快沿脉冲源,形成双极性高压脉冲的原理是利用两组Boost变换器,通过对称控制在负载上输出交替变化的电位。由于二极管转换速度比有源功率开关管快,因此输出脉冲前沿比后沿陡峭,前沿时间约为40 as,而后沿时间约为160 ns。输出脉冲顶部平坦,约为350 ns。脉冲源工作于不连续模式,实测升压比约540倍。谐振实现了功率MOSFET的软开关。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a control mode, which constructs a bipolar high voltage double fast edge pulse source based on Boost converter. Because the diode conversion speed is faster than the active power switch, the output pulse front edge is steeper than the trailing edge, the leading edge time is about 40 as, and then the time is about 160ns. The top of the output pulse is flat, about 350 ns. The pulse source operates in discontinuous mode, and the measured step-up ratio is about 540 times. The soft switch of power MOSFET is realized by resonance.
