一种转子外径迭代的感应电机设计方法

【摘要】:针对传统感应电机设计方法中,使用过多经验公式和经验系数,计算准确性不足的问题,提出基于电机输出转矩约束,循环迭代转子外径的感应电机设计方法。该方法减少了经验系数和经验公式的使用,根据设计转矩要求迭代确定转子外径,设计电机主要尺寸,并可以以此进行其他参数及性能计算。文中按设计步骤给出了详细的计算公式,并通过样机实验验证了设计的有效性。试验数据及相关分析表明,设计样机的输出转矩与计算值接近,误差在3%左右,且性能满足设计要求,电机效率达到91%以上,适于工程应用。本方法已经应用于普通感应电机和潜油电机设计当中。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that too many empirical formulas and empirical coefficients are used to calculate the accuracy of the traditional induction motor design method, a design method of induction motor based on the output torque constraint of the motor and cyclic iterative rotor outer diameter is proposed. This method reduces the use of empirical coefficient and empirical formula, determines the outer diameter of rotor iteratively according to the design torque requirements, designs the main dimensions of the motor, and can be used to calculate other parameters and performance. In this paper, the detailed calculation formula is given according to the design steps, and the effectiveness of the design is verified by the prototype experiment. The test data and correlation analysis show that the output torque of the design prototype is close to the calculated value, the error is about 3%, and the performance meets the design requirements, and the motor efficiency is more than 91%, which is suitable for engineering application. This method has been applied to the design of ordinary induction motor and submersible motor.
