110kV美兰变电站综合自动化改造

【摘要】:变电站的综合自动化,是由各种高科技在变电站设备上的综合应用,其包含了计算机技术、通信技术和自动化技术等。逐步实施110kV传统变电站综合自动化改造,对于改进变电运行管理模式,提高设备自动化水平,进一步夯实安全生产基础,具有积极的意义。首先,本文简要介绍了变电站综合自动化的功能及现状,接着对110千伏美兰变电站设备改造前的情况进行了介绍,提出改造方案的设计上的原则和主体上的内容。然后结合美兰变电站改造的工程实际,制定了美兰变电站综合自动化系统、继电保护设备的设计方案;从现场安全施工、电网可靠供电的角度,制定了美兰变电站改造工程的现场施工方案;接着对施工方案的可行性进行了分析说明,确定最优施工方案,并将方案个步骤进行细化并说明;施工中结合该变电站现场情况,对改造中存在的问题进行了分析,如备自投存在的盲区、机构防跳回路等问题,并提出解决方案及实施,在工程实际应用中的得到了良好效果。改造后的系统具有功能上的综合化、结构上实现分布分层化、通信实现了网络化、操作监视实现了屏幕化、测量显示实现了数字化、运行管理具备了智能化等特征,并实现了“四遥”功能。通过此次的改造,改善了变电站系统电能质量、提高管理水平。
[Abstract]:The integrated automation of substation is the comprehensive application of all kinds of high technology in substation equipment, which includes computer technology, communication technology and automation technology. The gradual implementation of 110kV traditional substation integrated automation transformation is of positive significance for improving the operation management mode of substation, improving the level of equipment automation and further tamping the foundation of safety in production. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the function and present situation of substation integrated automation, then introduces the situation before the transformation of 110 kV Meilan substation equipment, and puts forward the design principles and main contents of the transformation scheme. Then combined with the engineering practice of Meilan substation transformation, the design scheme of Meilan substation integrated automation system and relay protection equipment is worked out. From the point of view of site safety construction and reliable power supply of power grid, the field construction scheme of Meilan substation reconstruction project is worked out. Then the feasibility of the construction scheme is analyzed and explained, the optimal construction scheme is determined, and the steps of the scheme are refined and explained. Combined with the field situation of the substation, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the transformation, such as the blind area existing in the standby self-switching, the anti-jump loop of the mechanism, and puts forward the solution and implementation, which has achieved good results in the practical application of the project. The reformed system has the characteristics of functional integration, distributed stratification in structure, networking of communication, screen of operation and monitoring, digitization of measurement and display, intelligence of operation and management, and so on. The function of "four remote" is realized. Through this transformation, the power quality of substation system is improved and the management level is improved.
