基于服务追踪和预约逻辑的多间隔联闭锁实现方案

【摘要】:在变电站智能人机接口和控制中心分别同时操作线路间隔母槽隔离开关和母联间隔断路器的特定情境下,隔离开关位置的改变将导致母联闭锁失效。提出了含预约逻辑的多间隔联闭锁实现方案,解决多主体操作不同间隔设备的并发行为而导致的误操作问题。分析了多间隔联闭锁的预约机制,介绍了IEC 61850-7-2标准第2版中的控制命令状态机和服务追踪技术,提出了含预约逻辑变量的闭锁功能逻辑节点(CILO)闭锁模型,以及基于控制命令解析的预约逻辑算法。进一步提出了基于服务追踪和预约逻辑的通用多间隔联闭锁体系架构并设计了其信息交互流程。
[Abstract]:In the specific situation where the intelligent man-machine interface and the control center of the substation operate the line interval master slot isolating switch and the bus interval circuit breaker at the same time, the change of the position of the isolating switch will lead to the failure of the bus interlock.
