电能质量监测记录装置的设计

【摘要】:近年来,随着大量非线性、冲击性负荷的投入,谐波、电压暂降等电能质量问题给电力用户带来了巨大的经济损失,也给供电部门保障电能质量带来了更严峻的考验。高质量的电能对于保证电网和电气设备安全、经济运行,提高产品质量和保障居民正常生活有着重要的意义。本文针对当前已经颁布国家标准的电能质量问题,结合国内外有关电能质量指标检测的理论和成果,综合现有电能质量检测装置的优缺点,设计了电能质量监测记录装置。论文结构如下:文章首先归纳总结了电能质量的概念、分类及产生的原因、国内外标准和电能质量检测等主要问题,对比分析了当前各类电能质量检测仪器存在的问题。并根据国家标准介绍了各项电能质量问题的概念和指标构成,结合IEC标准给出了电能质量的检测分析方法,研究归纳了电能质量各项检测指标的计算方法,为电能质量检测装置的的设计提供了理论依据和算法指导。硬件方面,结合设计目标和GB/T 19862-2005《电能质量监测设备通用要求》,确定了电能质量监测记录装置的系统结构,设计了以32位浮点型DSP TMS320F28335为处理器核心的硬件电路,主要包括电压电流传感器单元、频率检测与同步采样电路单元、模数转换单元、处理器单元、时钟单元、以太网控制器、USB2.0控制器、存储单元和无线传输单元等。软件方面,在CCS v4.12 DSP程序开发环境下采用C语言开发了DSP控制计算程序,文中重点介绍了DSP主程序、采样子程序、同步信号异常中断子程序、SCI接收中断子程序、以太网控制器初始化子程序和USB控制器程序等。实验测试结果验证了设计方案的合理性。系统的各项功能和指标达到了设计目标。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with a large number of nonlinear, impact load input, harmonics, voltage sag and other power quality problems have brought huge economic losses to power users, but also to the power supply department to ensure power quality has brought a more severe test. High quality electric energy is of great significance to ensure the safety and economic operation of power grid and electrical equipment, improve product quality and ensure the normal life of residents. In order to solve the problem of power quality which has been promulgated at present, combined with the theory and results of power quality index detection at home and abroad, and combining the advantages and disadvantages of the existing power quality detection devices, a power quality monitoring and recording device is designed in this paper. The structure of the paper is as follows: firstly, the concept, classification and causes of power quality, domestic and foreign standards and power quality detection are summarized, and the existing problems of all kinds of power quality detection instruments are compared and analyzed. According to the national standard, the concept and index composition of each power quality problem are introduced, the detection and analysis method of power quality is given according to IEC standard, and the calculation method of power quality detection index is studied and summarized. It provides theoretical basis and algorithm guidance for the design of power quality detection device. In the aspect of hardware, combined with the design goal and GB/T 19862 / 2005 "General requirements of Power quality Monitoring equipment", the system structure of power quality monitoring and recording device is determined, and the hardware circuit with 32-bit floating point DSP TMS320F28335 as the processor core is designed. It mainly includes voltage and current sensor unit, frequency detection and synchronous sampling circuit unit, analog-to-digital conversion unit, processor unit, clock unit, Ethernet controller, USB2.0 controller, memory unit and wireless transmission unit. In the aspect of software, the DSP control calculation program is developed with C language under the environment of CCS v4.12 DSP program development. This paper focuses on the main program of DSP, the sampling program, the abnormal interrupt subroutine of synchronous signal, and the interrupt subroutine received by SCI. Ethernet controller initialization subroutine and USB controller program and so on. The experimental results verify the rationality of the design scheme. The functions and indicators of the system have achieved the design objectives.
