LED照明驱动模块研制

【摘要】:照明在能源消耗中一直占着比较大的比重,约占世界能源消耗的20%。受环境污染、资源短缺的制约,迫切需要对更加绿色环保的照明产品进行研究。半导体照明计划已经在上个世纪末推出,节能,环保,体积小,寿命长,光效高,无汞污染等诸多优点,LED照明正越来越受到人们的重视,成为照明行业的发展趋势。目前各国都对LED照明及其相关应用投入了大量的财力和人力。 LED驱动电路的各种性能参数的设计计算,在很大程度上决定了照明的质量和LED照明产品的寿命,所以驱动电路电路设计的可靠性是确保LED照明产品可靠的关键因素。随着LED行业的发展和各种规定的制定,对于目前的LED驱动器的更高的要求,如在宽输入电压范围的情况下可以稳定的输出电压,PF值和功率密度高,体积小,和在整个负载范围内效率高。本课题首先介绍了LED的基本发光原理,并对其电流、电压和光功率之间的关系进行了一定的分析;也对LED照明的应用现状和优缺点进行了介绍,以及它日后广阔的发展前景。本文设计了一款基于TNY280,额定输出功率10W,恒流350mA的隔离输出单端反激式LED驱动模块,其输入电压为85-264VAC;具有空载保护、过压保护功能,且符合EMC要求;该驱动器采用PWM的自动调节得到恒流输出效果,过压时用稳压管实现空载过压保护,通过变压器和光耦隔离实现了输出隔离;本论文设计的电源可广泛用于LED照明驱动中。 按照以上的设计要求,通过电路仿真和分析,最终设计并制作出符合要求的驱动模块样机。最后,对做成的样机进行了实验室测试,结果证明设计是正确的,性能指标基本达到了设计要求。
[Abstract]:Lighting has always accounted for a large proportion of energy consumption, accounting for about 20% of the world's energy consumption. Restricted by environmental pollution and shortage of resources, it is urgent to study greener lighting products. Semiconductor lighting plan has been launched at the end of last century, such as energy saving, environmental protection, small volume, long life, high light efficiency, mercury-free pollution and many other advantages. LED lighting is being paid more and more attention and become the development trend of lighting industry. At present, many countries have invested a lot of financial and human resources in LED lighting and its related applications. The design and calculation of various performance parameters of LED driving circuit determine the quality of lighting and the life of LED lighting products to a great extent, so the reliability of driving circuit design is the key factor to ensure the reliability of LED lighting products. With the development of LED industry and the formulation of various regulations, there are higher requirements for current LED drivers, such as stable output voltage under wide input voltage range, high PFvalue and power density, small volume, and high efficiency in the whole load range. In this paper, the basic luminous principle of LED is introduced, and the relationship between current, voltage and optical power is analyzed, and the application status, advantages and disadvantages of LED lighting are also introduced, as well as its broad development prospect in the future.
