从废旧动力电池中回收制备磷酸铁锂

【摘要】:以废旧磷酸铁锂动力电池正极材料为主要原料,采用传统固相法制备得到Li Fe PO4正极材料。采用X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构、形貌进行表征。用电池测试系统对其电化学性能进行了研究。结果表明,废旧Li Fe PO4正极材料在550℃氮气气氛下灼烧1 h除粘结剂后,添加少量原料调节碳含量,可制备结晶度较高的橄榄石结构Li Fe PO4。材料的晶型完整,外形为类球形,平均粒径约10μm。碳含量为5%的样品具有最佳的电化学性能,对应样品在0.1 C下的首次放电比容量为148.0 m Ah/g,1 C下放电循环50次,放电容量达到初始容量的98.9%,具有良好的高倍率充放电循环性能,适合大规模工业推广。
