全固态薄膜锂电池研究进展和产业化展望

【摘要】:全固态薄膜锂电池利用固态电解质替代传统电解液,采用多层薄膜堆垛的平面结构,属于新一代的锂离子电池,在军民两用的可穿戴设备、便携式移动电源、汽车和航空动力电池等领域应用前景广阔。该类电池因高安全性、长循环寿命、高比容量和高能量密度等优势性能受到业界广泛关注。本文概述薄膜锂电池的分类和充放电原理,总结正负极、电解质薄膜材料的发展历程和薄膜制备手段的改进,对比各类电池材料的电化学性能,引入该方向最新的研究进展:三维薄膜锂电池,可变形的柔性电池,高电压、大容量电池组。汇总国外商用电池产品、关键优势技术、电池制备设备,提出薄膜锂电池亟待解决的科学问题和国内潜在的产业化方向。
[Abstract]:All-solid-state thin film lithium battery uses solid electrolyte instead of traditional electrolyte and adopts the planar structure of multi-layer thin film stacking. It belongs to a new generation of lithium-ion battery. It has a broad application prospect in the fields of dual-use wearable equipment, portable mobile power supply, automobile and aeronautical power battery and so on. This kind of battery has been paid more and more attention because of its high safety, long cycle life, high specific capacity and high energy density. In this paper, the classification and charge-discharge principle of thin film lithium battery are summarized, the development of positive and negative electrodes, electrolyte thin film materials and the improvement of thin film preparation methods are summarized, and the latest research progress in this direction is introduced by comparing the electrochemical performance of all kinds of battery materials: three dimensional thin film lithium battery, deformable flexible battery, high voltage and large capacity battery pack. This paper summarizes the foreign commercial battery products, key advantage technologies and battery preparation equipment, and puts forward the scientific problems to be solved urgently and the potential industrialization direction of thin film lithium battery in China.
