平板式SCR催化剂的性能检测

【摘要】：选取了3种商用新鲜平板式脱硝催化剂,参考《火电厂烟气脱硝催化剂检测技术规范》(DL/T 1286—2013)的试验要求,对其机械性能、微观特性和工艺特性进行了系统的检测分析。测试结果表明:3种平板式催化剂磨损强度和粘附强度较高,均表现出较好的机械性能;平板式催化剂样品的比表面积较高,在70~100 m2/g。工艺特性试验结果表明,3种催化剂样品均具有很高活性和脱硝效率,SO2/SO3转化率低于1%。所采用的试验方法和试验数据可为板式催化剂的性能评判提供借鉴。
