基于参数优化和流程改进的燃气轮机和联合循环燃气轮机的能效提升研究

  提高火电厂的发电效率是解决能源和资源节约问题的关键问题之一。目前,俄罗斯的电力主要来自于传统汽轮机设备的火力发电厂,其发电效率一般在3540%。近些年来,随着燃气轮机和联合循环技术的使用,老旧火电厂也同时进行着相应的改造或重新建设。火力发电厂已达到一定的极限,燃气轮机和联合循环燃气轮机,具有很大的改进潜力。目前,对于热电厂,使用燃气轮机和联合循环技术是必然的趋势。许多国家运用这种技术,显著提高电厂效率,同时也能改善环境。此外,俄罗斯天然气的储存价格相对较低,以及削减燃煤电厂有害排放的任务越来越紧迫,使得我们对天然气的使用越来越重视。通常情况下,发达国家使用煤炭发电已逐渐被废弃。对于燃煤电厂的改造一般有下列三种方式:1)全部更换为新的燃气轮机联合循环装置;2)拆除燃煤锅炉,加装燃气轮机,利用余热锅炉,汽轮机进行同步的改造,这种方式的成本低于安装新的燃气轮机联合循环装置;3)将燃煤锅炉采用天然气进行燃烧。与另外两种方案相比,这种方法的优点是资金成本低、对现有装置的影响小、实现方便且燃料充足。由于将燃煤锅炉转换为天然气,在压力下运行的锅炉与在真空下运行的锅炉有很大的不同...
