【摘要】:脉冲光纤激光器在通信、医疗、工业加工、国防、科学研究等领域内发挥着关键作用。调Q技术和锁模技术是获得脉冲激光的主要技术,被动调Q和锁模光纤激光器具有结构简单、稳定性高、易于集成、脉冲质量优越的优点。可饱和吸收作用是一种对光的非线性损耗作用,对弱光的损耗大,对强光的损耗小,将具备这种特性的材料做成可饱和吸收体插入到谐振腔中是实现被动调Q和被动锁模一种主要方式。可饱和吸收材料的发展先后经历了染料、半导体可饱和吸收镜、碳纳米管,最近几年两种二维原子材料——石墨烯和拓扑绝缘体的可饱和吸收作用被发现,基于二者作为可饱和吸收体的脉冲光纤激光器研究取得了丰富的成果。本文主要做了以下的工作:1.理论上分析了可饱和吸收体调Q的工作原理,介绍了调Q速率方程的建立和方程的解,讨论了可饱和吸收体参数对调Q输出的影响;由非线性薛定谔方程出发,结合腔内的双折射效应、光纤增益特性和可饱和吸收体的作用,得到了描述激光脉冲在可饱和吸收体锁模光纤激光器中传输的Ginzburg-Landau方程。2.对石墨烯的可饱和吸收机理作了详细的分析,通过机械剥离高定向热解石墨的方法制备了可饱和吸收体,搭建了石墨烯锁模环形腔掺铒光纤激光器,获得了基频锁模和高阶数的谐波锁模,分析了多孤子的产生和谐波锁模的形成机制,研究了不同阶数谐波锁模的输出功率、脉冲宽度和单脉冲能量的变化。3.介绍了光沉积法转移二维材料制备可饱和吸收体的物理过程,对比研究了该方法的制备效果,通过液相插层/剥离法制备了拓扑绝缘体纳米片,采用光沉积法制作了拓扑绝缘体可饱和吸收体并应用到线型腔调Q光纤激光器中,研究了调Q输出特性随泵浦功率的变化。
[Abstract]:Pulse fiber laser in communication, medical, industrial processing, national defense, scientific research in the field of play a crucial role. Q technology and mode locking technology is the main technology of pulse laser, Q and passively mode-locked fiber laser has the advantages of simple structure, high stability, easy integration, the advantages of superior quality. Pulse saturated absorption is a kind of nonlinear optical loss, loss of weak light, the light loss is small, will have the characteristics of materials into the saturable absorber into the resonant cavity is passively mode-locked Q and one of the main ways. Saturable absorber material development has experienced dye, SESAM, carbon nanotubes, in recent years, two kinds of materials: two-dimensional atomic graphene and topological insulator saturable absorption was found, based on two as the saturable absorption of the received pulse Study on fiber laser has achieved fruitful results. This paper has done the following work: 1. the theoretical analysis of the working principle of saturable absorber Q, introduces the establishment and adjustment of the rate equation of Q equation solution, the effect of saturable absorber parameters on the output of Q is discussed; starting from the nonlinear Schrodinger equation, double refraction the effect of combined cavity, fiber gain characteristics and effect of saturable absorber, has been described in Ginzburg-Landau laser pulse transmission equation of.2. saturable absorber mode-locked fiber laser on the graphene saturable absorption mechanism was analyzed in detail. Through the method of mechanical stripping of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite prepared by a saturable absorber, built the graphene mode-locked erbium-doped fiber ring laser, the harmonic mode-locked frequency and high-order mode-locked, analyzes multi soliton generation and harmonic mode-locked shape Mechanism of different order harmonic mode-locked output power, pulse width and pulse energy change.3. introduced light deposition preparation can transfer two-dimensional physical process of the saturable absorber material, a comparative study of the effect of the preparation method, layer / peel was prepared by the method of topological insulator nanoplates by liquid phase plug, making topological insulator saturable absorber and applied to linear Q tone fiber laser using optical deposition method, change the output characteristics of Q with pump power was studied.
