【摘要】:在IP核设计项目完成后或者是购买到第三方IP核时,需要对IP核进行验收,以保证IP核集成到系统时功能的正确性。论文基于LEON3 So C搭建了IP核验收平台,实现对IP核的验收工作,然后为IP核验收平台设计图形用户界面(Graphical User Interface,GUI),以简化验收平台的使用,提高IP核的验收工作效率,达到减小产品开发周期以及上市时间(Time-to-Market)的目的。论文首先介绍基于LEON3处理器的So C平台的体系结构以及总线即插即用机制,并通过为LEON3 So C平台设计总线监视器(Bus Monitor)、总线功能模型(Bus Function Model,BFM)以及测试平台文件生成工具,提出一种数模混合仿真方案,能够实现对模拟IP核的验收,从而完成IP核验收平台的搭建;在搭建的验收平台基础上,通过设计脚本文件,开发脚本命令,实现IP核的自动化系统集成以及验收工作,并且能够为模拟IP核的验收生成测试平台文件;然后,论文使用Qt Creator软件,为IP核验收平台开发图形用户界面,以进一步简化验收平台的使用,提高IP核验收工作效率;最后,以数字IP核数字下变频(Digital Down Converter,DDC)模块和模拟IP核模数转换器(Analog-to-Digital Converter,ADC)模块作为实例,基于搭建的IP核验收平台及其界面,实现对两个IP核的验收。实验结果表明,使用开发的IP核验收平台以及图形用户界面能够自动化完成IP核的系统集成与验收工作,验收工作者仅需要提供必要的IP核信息,而不需要掌握验收平台的具体结构,就能够完成对IP核的验收,有效简化了IP核的验收工作,提高了IP核的验收工作效率,一方面保证了IP核质量,另一方面减少了产品的开发周期以及产品上市时间。
[Abstract]:In the design of IP core after the completion of the project or to buy third IP core, the need for acceptance of nuclear IP, in order to ensure the correctness of the system is integrated into the IP kernel function. The purpose of this thesis first introduces the architecture of LEON3 So platform and C bus based on plug and play mechanism, and through the for the design of LEON3 bus So C platform (Bus, Monitor) monitor bus function model (Bus Function Model, BFM) and test platform document generation tools, put forward a hybrid simulation program, can realize the simulation of IP nuclear test In order to complete the collection, build IP platform in nuclear acceptance; acceptance platform built, through the design of script file, development script command, the realization of IP core automation system integration and acceptance work, and for the simulation of IP nuclear generating test platform approval documents; then, we use Qt Creator software for IP nuclear inspection the graphical user interface development platform, to further simplify the use approval platform, improve the IP nuclear inspection work efficiency; finally, the digital IP core digital down conversion (Digital Down, Converter, DDC) IP core module and analog analog-to-digital converter (Analog-to-Digital Converter ADC) module as an example, to build the IP platform and interface based on the acceptance of nuclear.
