【摘要】:目前在工业生产中涉及到钢铁冶炼的行业众多,采用怎样的方法能对钢水温度做出准确的测量是不断探索和研究的热点理论。目前钢铁冶炼过程中大多采用传统的热电偶作为钢水温度的测量工具。为了探索新型有效的测温方法,根据热辐射原理,设计了基于红外热像的温度检测系统。以热辐射定律为理论基础,以比色测温理论为技术手段,研究红外热像的钢水温度测量。测量误差控制在1%。为了使钢水温度测量误差更小,需要进行比色测温波段的选择,选取合适的红外滤光片,为红外热像测温系统提供更加精确的数据。由红外CCD相机采集钢水的图像,把采集到的图像进行信号处理传输给计算机,经过计算机的特征信号提取,把提取的特征数据经过分析计算,最后达到准确测温的目的。图像处理方面,采用Harr小波函数来对图像分析,进行了灰度化、分解、去噪、重构等处理步骤。经小波分析后的图像去除了大部分没用的干扰因素,使得需提取的特征量更为突出,为测温系统的数据提取提供了可靠保障。经实验证明,红外热像测温系统能够以非接触式的方法实现对炉内钢水温度的准确测量并真实再现熔池表面温度场情况,达到了测量精度和设计要求,弥补了传统热电偶测温的不足,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。

How to measure the temperature of molten steel accurately is a hot topic in the research. The measurement accuracy and design requirements are achieved. It makes up for the deficiency of traditional thermocouple temperature measurement, and has strong practicability and popularization value.
