防离子反馈微通道板的最佳工作电压试验研究

【摘要】:带防离子反馈膜的微通道板(micro-channel plate,MCP)是负电子亲和势光电阴极微光像增强器的关键部件之一,其工作状态对负电子亲和势光电阴极微光像增强器的性能有严重影响,通过对无膜MCP及镀有不同厚度防离子反馈膜的MCP在不同阴极电压下、不同MCP电压下增益的测试与分析,最终确定出防离子反馈MCP的最佳工作电压:(1)对于负电子亲和势光电阴极像增强器用无膜MCP,其最佳工作电压为:当阴极电压大于一定值V_(c1)时,MCP增益几乎不变,说明此时的阴极电压V_(c1)为无膜MCP的最佳工作电压;当MCP电压为某一特定值V_(m1)(阴极电压为大于V_(c1)的任一值)值时,MCP出现增益,但增益值很低,当MCP电压大于(V_(m1)+100V)值时,MCP增益较大(大于20 000),可认为板压为(V_(m1)+100V)值为无膜MCP最佳工作板压;(2)对于同种材料的带膜MCP,其最佳工作电压为阴极电压Vc=无膜MCP的最佳阴极电压V_(c1)与防离子反馈膜的阈值电压的代数和,MCP电压为Vm(V_(m1)+100V),具体值应根据防离子反馈MCP增益值的线性工作区来确定。该文的研究对防离子反馈MCP的最佳工作电压的确定及对负电子亲和势光电阴极像增强器性能的提高具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Micro-channel plate with anti-ion feedback membrane is one of the key components of negative electron affinity photocathode low-light image intensifier. Its working state has serious influence on the performance of negative electron affinity photocathode photocathode low light image intensifier. By means of film free MCP and MCP with different thickness ion proof feedback film, under different cathode voltage. The gain at different MCP voltages is measured and analyzed, and the optimal working voltage of MCP is determined. The best working voltage is: 1) for negative electron affinity potential photocathode image intensifier, there is no film MCP. The optimum operating voltage is as follows: when the cathode voltage is greater than a certain value, the gain of MCP is almost unchanged, which shows that the cathode voltage V _ T _ c _ 1) is the best working voltage of MCP without film. A gain occurs when the MCP voltage is any value of a particular value, V _ S _ T _ m _ (1) (the cathode voltage is greater than V _ s / c _ (1)), but the gain value is very low. When the voltage of MCP is greater than the value of 1 / 100V), the gain of MCP is larger (> 20 000). It can be considered that the plate pressure is the best working plate pressure of MCP without membrane. (2) for the same material, the optimal working voltage is the cathodic voltage V _ c = the best cathode voltage V _ (C _ 1) without film MCP) and the algebraic sum of the threshold voltage of the anti-ion feedback film. The MCP voltage is VmCoV 1) 100V). The specific value should be determined according to the linear working area of the gain value of the antiion feedback MCP. In this paper, the determination of the optimum working voltage of the ion proof feedback MCP and the performance of the negative electron affinity photocathode image intensifier are studied. Improvement is of great significance.
