基于像素融合法的红外双波段目标模拟技术研究

【摘要】:红外双波段目标模拟技术是目前评价红外制导系统各项性能指标最有效的方法之一,它主要通过生成可调谐的双波段的能量比值来模拟真实的目标景象。亚波长光栅具有窄带、高衍射效率、强波长敏感性等特点,成为目前红外滤光器件研究的重点。本文主要研究内容是对基于像素融合法的红外双波段目标模拟技术进行分析,并针对特定探测器完成其中几个关键部分的结构设计。首先通过对国内外现有的目标模拟器设计现状进行调研,分析它们的优势和不足,进而对一种“基于像素融合法”新型设计方案进行说明,解释像素融合法的工作原理并对其中的关键技术进行分解,并对其进行逐一分析。关键技术主要包括三项:景象生成技术、亚波长光栅滤波技术和投影技术。其次,使用严格耦合波理论,对亚波长光栅的透过率方程进行推导,得到光栅透射率与光栅参数之间的数学关系,通过软件编程进行程序设计,分析不同光栅参数下光栅的滤波效果,并根据探测器的双波段探测需求设计相应的光栅结构,给出了设计方法,完成3.4~3.6μm和4.3~4.5μm红外双波段马赛克结构的滤光片设计,并给出滤光片相应的制作方案。再次,根据探测导引头和电阻阵列的技术指标,提出投影光学系统的设计参数,使用Zemax软件优化设计出一种二次成像式的投影物镜,其中入瞳直径75mm,视场角约为2.2°,焦距240mm,双波段为3.4~3.6μm和4.3~4.5μm,然后对投影物镜完成图像质量评价和公差分析。最后,设计投影系统的光机结构,对投影系统进行杂散辐射分析。杂散辐射分析主要包括朗伯辐射分析,鬼像分析和内杂光分析。最终,检结结果显示设计满足要求。
[Abstract]:The infrared dual-band target simulation technique is one of the most effective methods to evaluate the performance of infrared guidance system. It simulates the real target scene mainly by generating the tunable dual-band energy ratio. The sub-wavelength grating has narrow band. The characteristics of high diffraction efficiency and strong wavelength sensitivity have become the focus of the research on infrared filter devices. The main content of this paper is to analyze the infrared dual-band target simulation technology based on pixel fusion method. At the same time, the structure design of several key parts of the special detector is completed. Firstly, through the investigation of the present situation of target simulator design at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Then it explains a new design scheme based on pixel fusion, explains the principle of pixel fusion and decomposes the key technology. The key techniques include scene generation technology, subwavelength grating filtering technique and projection technique. Secondly, the transmission equation of subwavelength grating is derived by using strictly coupled wave theory. The mathematical relationship between the grating transmittance and the grating parameters is obtained. The filtering effect of the grating under different grating parameters is analyzed by software programming, and the corresponding grating structure is designed according to the dual-band detection requirements of the detector. The design method is given, the filter design of 3.4N 3.6 渭 m and 4.3N 4.5 渭 m infrared double band mosaic structure is completed, and the corresponding fabrication scheme of the filter is given. Thirdly, according to the technical index of detecting seeker and resistor array, The design parameters of the projective optical system are presented, and a kind of projection objective with secondary imaging is optimized by using Zemax software. The diameter of the pupil is 75 mm, the angle of view is about 2.2 掳, the focal length is 240 mm, the dual band is 3.43.6 渭 m and 4.3N 4.5 渭 m, then the image quality evaluation and tolerance analysis are completed for the projection objective lens. Finally, the optical mechanical structure of the projection system is designed. Stray radiation analysis of projection system. Stray radiation analysis mainly includes Lambert radiation analysis, ghost image analysis and internal clutter analysis. Finally, the results show that the design meets the requirements.
