高功率毫米波准光传输器件研究

【摘要】:高功率毫米波在定向能武器系统、电子回旋谐振加热、定向高能武器、材料表面处理等研究领域具有广泛应用。传统的导波技术难以满足这些应用系统中高功率、高效率和高纯度的传输要求。准光技术专门研究准直性好、束半径大(相对于导波波长)波束的传播问题,可以为高功率毫米波的高效传输提供新途径。因此,积极开展基于准光技术的高功率毫米波传输器件研究对充分发挥毫米波源性能、促进高功率毫米波的应用具有重要意义。本文结合多个科研项目的迫切需求,对高功率毫米波准光传输系统中包括准光模式变换器、斜角弯头、准光谐振双工器等若干技术问题进行了深入细致的理论与实验研究。具体的研究内容及工作如下:1.采用几何光学理论和波导理论相结合的方法,对传统的Denisov辐射器的设计方法进行了分析和改进,提出了针对相对低阶回旋管壁微扰波导辐射器的相位匹配优化技术,提高了对卫星模式的成分的控制能力。同时,为了快速有效地完成对波导辐射器的性能分析,提出了改进型等效电流积分分析方法。基于上述理论,编写相应地数值程序,优化设计了94GHz、TE5,3模Denisov辐射器,理论计算结果表明输出标量高斯含量可达98.5%。2.运用矢量绕射理论对准光模式变换器的镜面系统进行了研究与分析,并结合误差校正Katsenelenbaum-Semenov算法对设计的Denisov辐射器的后续镜面进行了设计。最终,在输出窗口处实现了束腰大小为12mm,标量高斯含量为99.52%,矢量高斯含量为95.93%的波束输出。为了实验研究准光模式变换器的性能,对低功率圆极化模式激励技术进行了研究。利用设计的模式激励器,开展了准光模式变换器的低功率实验研究,实验结果表明输出场的标量高斯含量为98.6%。3.系统研究了高斯波束与波导混合模式的传播特性,提出了适用于TE0m(m?1)模的宽频带、低损耗高功率斜角弯头的设计方法。根据这一方法,传输模式TE0m(m?1)模被转换成具有高斯传播特性的混合模式。结合模匹配技术和遗传算法,提出了一种能快速自适应产生高斯型混合模式的计算方法。基于上述方法,设计了一个功率容量百千瓦量级、Ka波段、TE0,1模斜角弯头,并进行了实物加工。实验结果表明:在频率为29 GHz-31.5 GHz、峰值功率130k W、平均功率10k W的情况下,高功率斜角弯头能有效引导TE0,1模的转弯传输。4.采用行波法对准光谐振双工器的传输性能进行了推导,并分析了光栅效率和谐振长度对传输特性的影响。同时,对准光谐振双工器的滤波性能、Q值及损耗等特性进行了理论研究。根据ITER电子回旋加热系统的要求,研制了一个170GHz、LP01模准光谐振双工器,并详细给出了波束在双工器内的传播和各个部件(相位逆转镜(匹配镜、谐振镜)、衍射光栅和功率监测光栅)的设计方法及结果。由于直接采用LP01模而不是先将其转换为高斯模式作为传输模式,研制的准光谐振双工器具有结构简单、紧凑的特点。5.采用实验的方法对170GHz准光谐振双工器的性能以及其可能的应用进行了系统地研究与探索。基于三种不同的测试方法(S-参数法、量热计法和谐振法),对双工器传输性能进行了研究,测试结果表明双工器的谐振通道和非谐振通道的传输效率分别为95.4%和98.2%。对准光谐振双工器的输出和高阶模式的滤除能力进行了测试,谐振通道对低阶寄生模式的平均滤除能力为-8dB,高阶模式的滤除能力可达-17.5dB。采用在谐振端口加载不同负载的方式模拟了等离子体对电子回旋加热波的反射对隔离端口的影响。在多模发射的情况下,双工器端口隔离度优于40dB;在端口匹配的情况下,双工器端口隔离度高于60dB。上述结果表明设计的准光谐振双工器可用于简化大型电子回旋谐振加热系统的复杂度、滤除传输线上的寄生模式和探测电子回旋发射信号等。
[Abstract]:High power millimeter wave energy weapon system in directional electron cyclotron resonance heating, directed energy weapons, is widely used in the fields of materials surface treatment. Guided wave technology is difficult to meet the traditional high power in these applications, the requirement for high efficiency and high purity transmission. Quasi optical technology specializes in collimation, beam radius (compared with the wavelength of guided wave propagation) beam, provide a new way for efficient transmission of high power millimeter wave. Therefore, actively carry out based on high power millimeter wave transmission device of quasi optical technology to give full play to promote the performance of millimeter wave source, high power millimeter wave applications is of great significance. This paper combines the urgent needs of scientific research the project, on the high power millimeter wave quasi optical transmission system comprises a quasi optical mode converter, elbow angle, quasi optical resonator duplexer and some technical problems in detail Theoretical and experimental research. The research content and the specific work are as follows: 1. by using the method of geometrical optics and waveguide theory, the traditional design method of Denisov radiator is analyzed and improved, put forward the relative phase of low order gyrotron wall perturbation waveguide radiator, optimization technology, improve the ability to control the satellite mode components. At the same time, in order to effectively complete the performance analysis of waveguide radiator, proposes an improved equivalent current integral analysis method. Based on the above theory, the preparation of the corresponding numerical program, optimal design of 94GHz TE5,3 module Denisov radiator, theoretical calculation results show that the system output mirror content up to 98.5%.2. using the scalar Gauss the vector diffraction theory of quasi optical mode converter is studied and analyzed, and the error correction algorithm for Katsenelenbaum-Semenov design Deni The mirror SOV radiator was designed.
