加装有导电橡胶的屏蔽机箱屏蔽效能研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着电力电子技术与电气自动化技术的迅速发展,电磁环境日渐复杂,电子设备间的相互干扰日益严重,电磁兼容问题成为不容忽视的重要课题。为保证设备不受外界的电磁干扰,通常对设备外部加上金属屏蔽机箱,而由于需要散热、通风、装配等因素的存在,不可避免地需要在机箱上开孔开缝。外部的电磁干扰信号通过这些孔缝进入机箱内部,影响电子设备的正常工作。用导电橡胶制成的导电衬垫可以较大地减小屏蔽机箱上孔缝所带来的电磁泄漏。因此,对导电橡胶自身以及导电橡胶对屏蔽机箱的影响进行研究是十分必要的。本文首先结合电磁屏蔽的原理与电子设备屏蔽机箱的典型结构,比较了屏蔽机箱的几个泄漏特点,确定了缝隙为屏蔽机箱最重要的泄漏源。针对机箱上的缝隙,引入了导电橡胶来对其进行电磁泄漏抑制。导电橡胶对屏蔽机箱屏蔽效能影响最大的即是其导电性能。因此针对影响导电橡胶导电性能的两大因素:压缩、电化学腐蚀进行研究。先确定了导电橡胶的压缩与其导电性能之间的关系,后又确定了导电橡胶的电化学腐蚀对导电橡胶导电性能的影响。针对导电橡胶在电子设备屏蔽机箱上的应用,分两方面对其进行研究。一方面得到了由导电橡胶的压缩而引发的屏蔽机箱形变对屏蔽机箱整体屏蔽效能的影响,在屏蔽效能的计算中将导电橡胶的压缩量与其导电性能联系起来,对屏蔽效能的仿真计算模型进行了优化;另一方面得到了屏蔽机箱应用之中出现的导电橡胶电化学腐蚀现象对屏蔽机箱整体的屏蔽效能的影响。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of power electronic technology and electrical automation technology, the electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more complex, and the mutual interference between electronic equipment is becoming more and more serious. The problem of electromagnetic compatibility has become an important issue that can not be ignored. In order to ensure that the equipment is free from external electromagnetic interference, metal shielding case is usually added to the outside of the equipment. However, due to the existence of heat dissipation, ventilation, assembly and other factors, Inevitably, opening holes in the chassis are required. External electromagnetic interference signals enter the inside of the chassis through these seams, The conductive gasket made of conductive rubber can greatly reduce the electromagnetic leakage caused by the holes in the shield case. It is necessary to study the effect of conductive rubber itself and conductive rubber on shielding chassis. Firstly, combining the principle of electromagnetic shielding with the typical structure of shielding chassis of electronic equipment, several leakage characteristics of shielding chassis are compared. The cracks are identified as the most important source of leakage in the shielded chassis. Conductive rubber is introduced to suppress electromagnetic leakage. Conductive rubber has the greatest influence on shielding efficiency of shielding chassis. The relationship between the compression of conductive rubber and its electrical conductivity was determined. The effect of electrochemical corrosion of conductive rubber on conductive properties of conductive rubber was determined. On the one hand, the effect of shielding box deformation caused by the compression of conductive rubber on the shielding effectiveness of shielding chassis is obtained. In the calculation of shielding efficiency, the compression of conductive rubber is connected with its conductive property, and the simulation model of shielding efficiency is optimized. On the other hand, the effect of electrochemistry corrosion of conductive rubber on shielding efficiency of shielding chassis is obtained.
