换流阀用与直流断路器用压接型IGBT器件差异分析

【摘要】:压接型IGBT器件以其耐受电压高、电流密度大、控制功率低、开关速度快以及双面散热等优势成为柔性直流输电系统中换流阀和直流断路器选用的理想器件。由于应用装备的差异,换流阀和直流断路器对于压接型IGBT器件分别提出了低通态压降和高短路关断能力的要求。分析了换流阀用压接型IGBT器件和直流断路器用压接型IGBT器件外部和内部电流、电压、温度和压力的差异,总结了两种器件应用过程中可能存在的主要失效原因,提出了封装设计中需要重点考虑的技术问题。
[Abstract]:Because of its high withstand voltage, high current density and low control power, the voltage-connected IGBT device has the advantages of high voltage tolerance, high current density and low control power. The advantages of high switching speed and double-sided heat dissipation are ideal devices for the selection of converter valves and DC circuit breakers in flexible direct current transmission systems. The requirements of low on-state voltage drop and high short-circuit turn-off capacity for voltage-connected IGBT devices are proposed for converter valves and DC circuit breakers respectively. The external and internal currents and voltages of voltage-connected IGBT devices for converter valves and IGBT devices for DC circuit breakers are analyzed. The differences between temperature and pressure are summarized, and the main failure reasons in the application of the two devices are summarized, and the technical problems that need to be considered in the packaging design are put forward.
