基于DSP的三相四桥臂有源电力滤波器设计与研究

【摘要】:电力电子技术的迅猛发展及广泛应用,对工业发展、社会进步所带来的促进作用不可否认,但其所引起的电力系统污染、电能质量等问题同样不容忽视。在我国低压配电网三相四线制系统接线形式背景下,三相四线制有源电力滤波器正日益成为解决电网电能质量问题的主流先进手段之一。同时,随着功率开关器件的快速发展及现代智能控制理论的广泛应用,使得有源电力滤波补偿技术日趋成熟化。本文从主电路拓扑结构、补偿指令电流检测算法及输出电流跟踪控制算法三部分对三相四线制四桥臂并联型有源电力滤波器进行了系统研究与设计。以三相四桥臂主电路拓扑结构为系统研究对象,建立了其在静止abc坐标系及αβ0三维坐标系下的数学模型,分析了影响系统性能的各参数之间的耦合关系。以传统瞬时功率理论为基础,给出了基于电压旋转矢量定向同步坐标轴位置的补偿指令电流检测算法,确定了指令电流计算算式。同时,以单相电压型半桥逆变电路结构为分析基础,结合瞬时电流直接控制基本思想给出了四桥臂并联型有源电力滤波器输出电流快速跟踪控制方法,推导给出8路PWM脉冲宽度理论计算公式。该控制算法可降低控制算法的复杂度,节省CPU资源空间。为验证文中所提检测算法及控制策略的正确性,本文基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真实验平台对四桥臂并联型有源电力滤波器进行了系统仿真与实现,同时给出了相应的软硬件设计。最后,设计搭建了一台以TMS320F28335 DSP为主控单元,容量为20KVA的模块化试验样机,并进行了相关实验。通过仿真与实验波形及相关数据分析验证所提控制算法行之有效,且具有控制简单、实时性好等优点。
[Abstract]:The rapid development and wide application of power electronics technology can not be denied the promotion of industrial development and social progress, but the power system pollution and power quality caused by it can not be ignored.Under the background of three-phase four-wire system connection of low-voltage distribution network in China, three-phase four-wire active power filter is becoming one of the mainstream advanced means to solve power quality problem.At the same time, with the rapid development of power switching devices and the wide application of modern intelligent control theory, active power filter compensation technology is becoming more and more mature.In this paper, the three-phase four-wire shunt active power filter is studied and designed from three parts: the topology of the main circuit, the detection algorithm of compensation instruction current and the output current tracking control algorithm.Taking the topology structure of the three-phase four-leg main circuit as the research object, the mathematical models of the three-phase four-arm main circuit in the static abc coordinate system and the 伪 尾 0 three-dimensional coordinate system are established, and the coupling relations among the parameters affecting the system performance are analyzed.Based on the traditional instantaneous power theory, a compensation instruction current detection algorithm based on voltage rotation vector oriented synchronous coordinate axis position is presented, and the calculation formula of instruction current is determined.At the same time, based on the single-phase voltage-type half-bridge inverter circuit structure and the basic idea of instantaneous current direct control, a fast tracking control method for output current of four-leg shunt active power filter is presented.A theoretical formula for calculating the pulse width of 8 channels PWM is derived.The control algorithm can reduce the complexity of the control algorithm and save the CPU resource space.In order to verify the correctness of the proposed detection algorithm and control strategy, this paper simulates and implements the four-arm shunt active power filter based on MATLAB/Simulink simulation experiment platform, and gives the corresponding software and hardware design.Finally, a modular test prototype with TMS320F28335 DSP as the main control unit and capacity of 20KVA is designed and built, and related experiments are carried out.The simulation, experimental waveform and related data analysis show that the proposed control algorithm is effective and has the advantages of simple control, good real-time performance, and so on.
