混合级联有源电力滤波器预研

【摘要】:有源电力滤波器(Active Power Filter, APF)在滤除电流谐波、提高电能质量方面相对于无源滤波器有着动态、实时、连续的显著优势,同时不受电网元件的影响。低压有源电力滤波器的研究相对成熟,高压APF和低压APF相比,其研究的侧重点不在于谐波和无功检测方法,更多的是拓扑结构和控制算法。高压大容量APF的拓扑结构和控制算法有待改善。本文针对高压有源电力滤波器在高压电网谐波治理时,对于高压大容量和高开关频率两者不可兼得的缺陷,对比其他高压APF的拓扑结构,采用一种混合级联多电平拓扑结构,可以提高输出功率等级和开关频率,提高补偿效果。该有源电力滤波器由可以分别等效为电压源与电流源的两部分串联组成:电流源部分为传统的PWM变换器,由DSP负责完成谐波和无功电流的检测与跟踪;电压源部分由3个H桥逆变器级联构成,由FPGA负责计算与发出27电平电压的驱动信号,其输出电压的基波分量可以抵消电网电压,因此电流源部分的PWM变换器交流侧承受的电压很低,从而可以提高PWM变换器的开关频率,谐波抑制的效果更好。其控制策略简单,易于实现。作为高压大容量有源电力滤波器预研,在实验室条件下搭建了220V/10kVA的实验平台,通过MATLAB仿真和实验结果证明了该拓扑的有效性和实用性。
[Abstract]:Active Power filter (APF) has dynamic, real-time and continuous advantages over passive filter in filtering current harmonics and improving power quality.The research of low-voltage active power filter is relatively mature. Compared with low-voltage APF, the research of high-voltage APF is focused not on harmonic and reactive power detection methods, but more on topology and control algorithm.The topology and control algorithm of high voltage and large capacity APF need to be improved.In this paper, a hybrid cascade multilevel topology structure is adopted to overcome the defects of high voltage active power filter (HAPF) which can not be obtained both in high voltage large capacity and high switching frequency, compared with other high voltage APF topologies.It can improve the output power level and switching frequency, and improve the compensation effect.The active power filter is composed of two parts which can be equivalent to voltage source and current source in series. The current source part is a traditional PWM converter, and the DSP is responsible for detecting and tracking harmonic and reactive current.The voltage source is composed of three H-bridge inverter cascades. The FPGA is responsible for calculating and sending out the driving signal of 27 level voltage. The fundamental component of the output voltage can offset the grid voltage.Therefore, the voltage of AC side of PWM converter in current source part is very low, so the switching frequency of PWM converter can be increased, and the harmonic suppression effect is better.Its control strategy is simple and easy to realize.As a high voltage and large capacity active power filter, the experimental platform of 220V/10kVA is built in laboratory. The effectiveness and practicability of the topology are proved by MATLAB simulation and experimental results.
