基于三因素控制FPC阻抗

【摘要】:本研发实例课题,聚焦传输线的特性阻抗参数。优化提取三因素作为自变量,以便及时监测特性阻抗参数的质量稳定。柔性线路板(FPC)的特性阻抗控制是实现柔性线路板性能的重要一环。如何准确快捷地解决实际生产中的特性阻抗控制研究具有明确的工程意义。本工作侧重FPC在生产过程中的技术工艺对于特性阻抗控制影响的研究,结合生产模式下由于不同材料、不同结构条件产生的数据,针对性地设计多组生产实验,通过对特性阻抗(因变量)的模拟计算对比实际间接测量,经过验证,得出如下结果:(1)FPC特性阻抗线厚(H)对FPC特性阻抗有直接影响;对应考量的自变量参数是:特性阻抗线厚(T)。(2)FPC特性阻抗线宽(W),对FPC特性阻抗有直接影响;对应考量的自变量参数分别是:特性阻抗线宽(W)。(3)覆盖在FPC特性阻抗线上的掩膜层厚度(T)对FPC特性阻抗有直接影响;对应考量的自变量参数分别是:掩膜层厚度(T)。综上试验得到结论有(按照贡献优先级的降幂排列):特性阻抗线厚(H),特性阻抗线宽(W),掩膜层厚度(T)是影响FPC特性阻抗的重要因素;针对结构要求和不同客户要求,这些因素之间需要合理调配。
[Abstract]:This research and development example subject, focus transmission line characteristic impedance parameter.Three factors are extracted as independent variables to monitor the quality stability of characteristic impedance parameters in time.The characteristic impedance control of flexible circuit board (FPC) is an important part of realizing the performance of flexible circuit board.The research on how to solve the characteristic impedance control in actual production accurately and quickly has definite engineering significance.This work focuses on the study of the influence of FPC technology in the production process on the characteristic impedance control. Combining with the data produced by different materials and different structural conditions under the production mode, the multi-group production experiments are designed pertinently.By comparing the simulation calculation of characteristic impedance (dependent variable) with the actual indirect measurement, it is verified that the following results are obtained: 1) the characteristic impedance line thickness (H) has direct influence on the characteristic impedance of FPC.The parameters of independent variables are as follows: the line width of characteristic impedance of FPC is directly affected by the line thickness of characteristic impedance.The parameters of independent variables considered are as follows: the thickness of the mask (T) overlaid on the characteristic impedance line of FPC has a direct effect on the characteristic impedance of FPC, and the parameter of independent parameter is: the thickness of the mask layer is T ~ ((1)), and the parameter of the independent parameter is: the thickness of the mask layer is T ~ ((3)).It is concluded from the above experiment that (according to the descending power of the contribution priority, the characteristic impedance line thickness, the characteristic impedance line width, the mask thickness and the thickness of the mask layer) are the important factors affecting the characteristic impedance of FPC, and the structural requirements and different customer requirements are considered.These factors need to be properly deployed.
