小型化微带双通带带通滤波器研究

【摘要】:当前,随着各种各样无线通信技术的涌现,兼含多个通信技术于同一通信系统正成为人们关注的热点。作为其关键器件之一,能够工作于多个频段的滤波器可以有效地滤除噪声或无用信号,减小电路体积和插入损耗。因此,研究多频带滤波器是当下的研究重点。本文针对小型化微带双通带滤波器开展了研究,主要工作包括如下内容。1.分析了开路枝节加载谐振器的谐振特性,揭示了谐振特性与关键结构参数之间的关系。在此基础之上,构造了两种枝节线加载谐振器。通过选择恰当的耦合方式和馈电方式,构成了两个可调双通带滤波器。为了清楚地呈现设计过程,导出了它们的等效电路,并分析了其传输零点的产生机理。最终进行了实际加工和测试。测试结果表明:基于该结构的滤波器两个通带的中心频率均独立可调,并且有较大的调节范围,具有较强的灵活性和可适应性。2.利用阶跃阻抗谐振器和均匀阻抗谐振器的组合,构造了一个双通带滤波器。为了揭示其物理机制,建立等效电路,分析了两个通带的耦合机制和传输零点的产生机理。最终的测试结果验证了相应的分析。该双通带滤波器具有出色的频率选择性以及带外抑制特性,并且电路体积较小。3.研究了一种“双环连接”的新型谐振器。通过电磁仿真,揭示结构参数与其谐振频率之间的关系。此外,选择合适的耦合方式以及馈电方式,构造了一种双通带滤波器。测试结果表明:此滤波器具有优异的带外抑制特性。
[Abstract]:At present, with the emergence of various wireless communication technologies, including multiple communication technologies in the same communication system is becoming the focus of attention. As one of its key devices, filters which can work in multiple frequency bands can effectively filter out noise or useless signals and reduce circuit volume and insertion loss. Therefore, the study of multi-band filters is the focus of current research. In this paper, the miniaturized microstrip double pass filter is studied. The main work includes the following contents. 1. The resonant characteristics of the open-circuit loaded resonator are analyzed, and the relationship between the resonant characteristics and the key structural parameters is revealed. On this basis, two branch line loaded resonators are constructed. Two tunable double pass band filters are constructed by selecting the appropriate coupling mode and feeding mode. In order to clearly present the design process, their equivalent circuits are derived and the mechanism of their transmission zeros is analyzed. Finally, the actual processing and testing were carried out. The test results show that the central frequency of the filter based on this structure can be adjusted independently and has a large range of adjustment, and has strong flexibility and adaptability. A double pass band filter is constructed by the combination of step impedance resonator and uniform impedance resonator. In order to reveal its physical mechanism and establish equivalent circuit, the coupling mechanism of two passbands and the generation mechanism of transmission zeros are analyzed. The final test results verify the corresponding analysis. The double pass band filter has excellent frequency selectivity and out-band suppression characteristics, and the circuit size is smaller. 3. A new type of resonator with double ring connection is studied. The relationship between the structure parameters and its resonant frequency is revealed by electromagnetic simulation. In addition, a double pass band filter is constructed by selecting the appropriate coupling mode and feeding mode. The test results show that the filter has excellent out-band suppression characteristics.
