野外光电靶激光探测系统的研究

【摘要】:随着激光和光电子技术的发展,包括各种类型的激光测距机。激光照射器、激光制导武器、自由空间激光通信、激光雷达等激光系统在军事领域的广泛应用,这些武器的共同特点是其技术的主体是利用激光的特点,方向性好、相干性、干涉性及电磁波特性,作为主动光源,通过对发射激光的探测,解决目标测距、信息传递、激光制导等一系列军事任务。因此,激光探测技术在此类系统中研究、测试领域中占据非常重要的地位,是系统工程化指标的关键技术。本文在分析目前国内外激光光电探测系统的技术原理和方案的基础上,结合课题的技术指标要求,提出了开展野外光电靶激光探测系统研究,以解决自由空间激光传输过程中的激光探测技术,对于解决大气层激光信号的探测技术做出了一定的探索性研究。首先,论文在详细分析了国内外激光探测技术的基本原理,通过对比各种探激光测系统优缺点,选择了5组激光探测器均布于红外热靶的表面,探头用于探测入射干扰激光,能够检验被试激光干扰装备光电瞄准轴和激光发射轴的一致性、系统反应时间等性能。其次,依据设计可靠性和可行性原则,进行激光探测系统的设计。在硬件设计中,对比相关的主要器件,并对近红外探测器、微处理器等主要器件进行测试和筛选,对信号放大电路、滤波电路、整形电路和信号采集系统进行设计,设计出了一套比较可靠的硬件电路和信号采集模块。深入分析符合系统要求的探测器的类型,以及探测器的性能指标,噪声类型等。
[Abstract]:With the development of laser and optoelectronic technology, various types of laser rangefinder are included. Laser irradiators, laser-guided weapons, free-space laser communications, lidar and other laser systems are widely used in the military field. The common feature of these weapons is that the main technology of these weapons is the use of the characteristics of lasers, good directionality and coherence. As an active light source, interference and electromagnetic wave characteristics solve a series of military tasks, such as target ranging, information transmission, laser guidance and so on. Therefore, laser detection plays a very important role in the research and testing of this kind of system, and is the key technology of system engineering. On the basis of analyzing the technical principle and scheme of laser photoelectricity detection system at home and abroad and combining with the technical requirements of the subject, this paper puts forward the research on laser detection system of field photoelectric target. In order to solve the laser detection technology in the free space laser transmission process, a certain exploratory study has been made to solve the atmospheric laser signal detection technology. Firstly, the basic principle of laser detection technology at home and abroad is analyzed in detail. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various laser detection systems, five groups of laser detectors are selected to be distributed on the surface of infrared thermal target, and the probe is used to detect the incident interference laser. It can test the consistency of photoelectricity and laser emission axis of laser jamming equipment, system reaction time and so on. Secondly, according to the principle of reliability and feasibility, the laser detection system is designed. In the hardware design, the relative main devices are compared, and the near infrared detector, microprocessor and other main devices are tested and screened, and the signal amplification circuit, filter circuit, shaping circuit and signal acquisition system are designed. A set of reliable hardware circuit and signal acquisition module are designed. The types of detectors which meet the requirements of the system are analyzed in depth, as well as the performance index and noise type of the detectors.
