提高铅阳极泥中Te回收率的实验研究

【摘要】:对铅阳极泥进行预氧化、浸出和还原沉淀处理回收Te,结果表明,优化的Te回收工艺为自然堆放氧化处理-硫酸+氯化钠+氯酸钠体系浸出-控电位亚硫酸钠沉Te。铅阳极泥经过自然堆放氧化处理4d后,在3 mol/L硫酸+3mol/L氯化钠+20%氯酸钠体系、L/S=5∶1、反应温度80℃、反应时间4h的条件下搅拌浸出,Te浸出率达到了92.15%,Cu及其他有价元素的浸出率均在90%以上,Ag、Pb则留在渣中。对浸出液进行控电位亚硫酸钠沉Te,控制电位在0.342~0.568V之间,以两倍理论量的亚硫酸钠作为还原剂,Te还原率达92.57%,Cu及其他有价元素留在溶液中进行下一步回收。采用该优化工艺从铅阳极泥中回收Te至粗Te渣,Te综合回收率可达85%以上。
