【摘要】:针对某型号设备需要,设计了一种Ka频段高功率、超窄带滤波器,采用圆波导高次模结构,利用耦合矩阵系数法,结合三维电磁场仿真对滤波器进行了分析,优化出结构尺寸,给出了该滤波器的仿真结果,并对该滤波器在常压和真空环境下所能承受的功率进行了近似分析,最终设计了一款相对带宽约0.1%的Ka频段高功率超窄带带通滤波器,经过调试,整个通带插入损耗小于0.4 d B,带内驻波小于1.25,带内平坦度小于0.2 d B,与仿真计算结果基本一致。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of a certain type of equipment, a Ka-band high-power, ultra-narrow band filter is designed. The high order mode structure of circular waveguide is adopted, and the coupling matrix coefficient method is used to analyze the filter in combination with three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation, and the structure size is optimized. The simulation results of the filter are given, and the power of the filter under atmospheric pressure and vacuum environment is analyzed approximately. Finally, a Ka-band high-power ultra-narrowband bandpass filter with about 0.1% relative bandwidth is designed and debugged. The insertion loss of the whole passband is less than 0.4 dB, the in-band standing wave is less than 1.25, and the in-band flatness is less than 0.2 dB, which is in good agreement with the simulation results.
