基于STM32的激光雾霾检测仪光电系统设计

【摘要】:为了实现对雾霾的快速、高精度在线检测,提出了一种基于激光散射原理的雾霾检测光学与电学系统设计方案.该系统采用红光激光器作为检测光源,环形光电探测器用来接收激光信号.模拟多路复用器选通光电环输出的光电流信号,利用IV转换电路与AD转换电路将信号转换为数字信号,使用串口将信息发送给屏幕,同时提供上位机数据接口实现数据传输.结果表明,该光电系统工作稳定、速度快,可以较好地满足激光雾霾检测仪光电系统的要求.
[Abstract]:In order to realize fast and high precision on-line detection of haze, a design scheme of optical and electrical system for haze detection based on the principle of laser scattering is proposed. The red laser is used as the detection light source and the ring photodetector is used to receive the laser signal. This paper simulates the optoelectronic ring output photocurrent signal of the multiplexer, converts the signal to digital signal by using IV conversion circuit and AD conversion circuit, sends the information to the screen by serial port, and provides the data interface of upper computer to realize data transmission. The results show that the optoelectronic system is stable and fast and can meet the requirements of the photoelectric system of laser haze detector.
