正确解读CISPR16-4-2:2014的不确定度报告

【摘要】:基于国际不确定度标准发展,指出了CISPR 16-4-2:2014与现行国际测量不确定度指导性文件JCGM100:2008和JCGM 200:2012在不确定度上的矛盾之处。以CISPR 16-4-2:2014附录B中表B.1的输入量为例,分析并修改了表B.1中关于不确定度的问题,并对修改内容逐条说明。该修改思路对CISPR 16-4-2:2014中其他不确定度报告同样适用。
[Abstract]:Based on the development of international standard of uncertainty, this paper points out the contradiction between CISPR 16-4-2: 2014 and JCGM100:2008 and JCGM 200: 2012. Taking the input of Table B.1 in Appendix B of CISPR 16-4-2: 2014 as an example, this paper analyzes and modifies the uncertainty of Table B.1, and explains the revised contents one by one. The same approach applies to other uncertainty reports in CISPR 16-4-2: 2014.
