基于SIR混合电磁耦合滤波器的设计与实现

【摘要】:滤波器是无线电通信系统中许多设计问题的关键,它的性能直接影响着整个系统的性能。近年来,由于无线通信系统和便携式系统的飞速发展,要求滤波器朝着高性能、小型化、低成本的方向发展。本论文提出了一系列新型阶梯型阻抗谐振器(SIR),这些谐振器具有结构紧凑、易于集成,谐波可调等优点。以此类谐振器为基础,应用混合电磁耦合技术设计的滤波器可通过在带外引入多个传输零点,改善滤波器的带外抑制特性。这些滤波器具有结构紧凑、带外抑制度高、传输零点可调等特点。首先,本文对滤波器的基本指标、基本函数、混合电磁耦合的意义、混合电磁耦合滤波器综合函数进行了详细的说明。然后,论文对传统四分之一波长SIR进行了较详细的分析,对由传统四分之一波长SIR组成的二阶混合电磁耦合滤波器做了深刻的剖析。利用SIR结构和混合电磁技术设计了一款四阶宽带滤波器。然后,对新型环形SIR结构进行分析;利用环形SIR,设计了二阶、三阶、四阶滤波器;将环形SIR短路端内置与传统SIR结合设计了一款三阶单通带滤波器。对传统SIR进行改进设计了一款扇形SIR结构,用扇形SIR设计了一款四阶圆形单通带滤波器。最后,论文对新型枝节加载SIR做了详细的理论分析;以此谐振器为基础,应用混合电磁耦合技术设计了一款枝节加载双通带滤波器。运用环形SIR结构代替加载枝节SIR中的传统SIR结构,应用混合电磁耦合技术设计了另一款双通带滤波器。然后将加载枝节环形SIR的短路枝节内置利用缺陷地技术和源负载耦合技术设计了一系列的双通带滤波器。最后运用环形SIR和传统SIR结构,运用并联通带法设计了一款混合电磁耦合双通带滤波器。以上所有的双通带滤波器均引入了多个传输零点,这些零点提高了滤波器的频率选择特性。
[Abstract]:Filter is the key to many design problems in radio communication system, and its performance directly affects the performance of the whole system. In recent years, due to the rapid development of wireless communication systems and portable systems, filters are required to develop in the direction of high performance, miniaturization and low cost. In this paper, a series of new stepped impedance resonators are proposed. These resonators have the advantages of compact structure, easy integration and adjustable harmonics. Based on this kind of resonator, the filter designed by using hybrid electromagnetic coupling technology can improve the out-of-band suppression characteristics by introducing several transmission zeros out of the band. These filters have the advantages of compact structure, high out-band suppression and adjustable transmission zero. First of all, the basic index, basic function, the significance of hybrid electromagnetic coupling and the synthesis function of hybrid electromagnetic coupling filter are described in detail in this paper. Then, the traditional 1/4 wavelength SIR is analyzed in detail, and the second-order hybrid electromagnetic coupling filter composed of traditional 1/4 wavelength SIR is deeply analyzed. A four-order wideband filter is designed using SIR structure and hybrid electromagnetic technology. The second order, third order and fourth order filters are designed by using the annular sir. A third order single pass band filter is designed by combining the short end of the ring SIR with the traditional SIR. A sector SIR structure is designed by improving the traditional SIR and a fourth order circular single pass band filter is designed by sector SIR. Finally, this paper makes a detailed theoretical analysis of the new branch loaded SIR, and based on the resonator, designs a branch loaded double pass band filter using hybrid electromagnetic coupling technology. In this paper, the ring SIR structure is used to replace the traditional SIR structure in the loaded branch SIR, and the hybrid electromagnetic coupling technique is used to design another double pass band filter. Then, a series of double pass band filters are designed by using defect ground technique and source-load coupling technology. Finally, a hybrid electromagnetic coupling double pass band filter is designed by using ring SIR and traditional SIR structure. All of the above double pass band filters introduce multiple transmission zeros, which improve the frequency selection characteristics of the filters.
