基于腔内泵浦全固态三波长激光器的研究

【摘要】:多波长激光器不仅在烟雾探测、化学药品检测等领域得到广泛的应用,而且在非线性光学混频方面也有着重要的意义。传统获得多波长激光的方法是利用同一增益介质的不同能级跃迁获得,但是跃迁谱线之间存在着非常激烈的增益竞争,影响了多波长激光输出的稳定性。为了探讨在有效避免增益竞争的前提下实现多波长激光输出的相关理论,本论文开展了腔内泵浦自拉曼三波长连续激光器机理研究。具体开展的研究内容如下:1.分析了准三能级激光、四能级激光及拉曼光的基本原理,并分别推导出了三种波长激光在连续运转条件下的速率方程组;2.推导出了四能级激光及其拉曼光双波长激光同时输出的数学模型。在此基础上,给出了能够实现准三能级激光、四能级激光及拉曼光同时输出的腔内泵浦自拉曼三波长激光器的结构方案,并基于此建立起了用于描述三波长连续激光器行为特性的数学模型;3.基于所建立的数学模型进行了数值模拟,首先得到了四能级激光自拉曼双波长激光器在不同条件下的输出特性,在此基础上,开展了腔内泵浦自拉曼三波长连续激光器的输出特性研究,并详细的阐述和分析了每一种输出特性所对应的内在机理。
[Abstract]:Multi-wavelength lasers are not only widely used in smoke detection, chemical detection and other fields, but also have important significance in nonlinear optical mixing. The traditional method of obtaining multi-wavelength laser is to use the different energy levels of the same gain medium to obtain it. However, there is a very fierce gain competition between the transition lines, which affects the stability of the multi-wavelength laser output. In order to study the theory of multi-wavelength laser output without gain competition effectively, the mechanism of intracavity pumped self-Raman three-wavelength CW laser is studied in this paper. The specific contents of the study are as follows: 1. The basic principles of quasi three level laser, four level laser and Raman light are analyzed, and the rate equations of three kinds of wavelength laser under the condition of continuous operation are derived respectively. A mathematical model for simultaneous output of a four-level laser and a two-wavelength Raman laser is derived. On the basis of this, the structure scheme of intracavity pumped self-pumped three-wavelength Raman laser, which can realize the simultaneous output of quasi-three-level laser, four-level laser and Raman light, is presented. Based on this, a mathematical model for describing the behavior of three-wavelength CW lasers is established. Based on the established mathematical model, the output characteristics of a four-level laser self-Raman dual-wavelength laser under different conditions are obtained. The output characteristics of intracavity pumped self-Raman three-wavelength CW laser are studied, and the internal mechanism of each output characteristic is described and analyzed in detail.
