飞秒级超快数字全息实时探测仪若干问题的研究

【摘要】:飞秒激光超快数字全息实时探测是一种超短激光脉冲与数字全息技术结合的新型探测手段。它在超高分辨时间、空间探测中具有突出优势和广泛的应用前景,利用该技术可以实现很多其他技术难以实现的目标,如对THz电场的三维时空分布、飞秒激光激发的超快过程等进行探测。本课题来源于国家自然科学基金仪器专项,项目要求搭建16路超短激光脉冲数字实时探测仪。本文主要研究飞秒激光超快数字全息实时探测的若干问题,具体做了如下工作:1.脉冲数字全息探测系统中物光多脉冲形貌的研究分析了自相关与互相关两种方法在脉冲测量精度上的差别;采用自相关法对飞秒激光双脉冲进行了探测,并且提出了一种基于自相关法的双脉冲参数非线性拟合算法,得到了双脉冲的脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔和强度比参数。与互相关检测方法的对比试验,证明了本文提出的方法能够有效减小多脉冲检测中的误差量。2.脉冲数字全息探测系统中一步式调节脉冲间隔的共线传输子脉冲串的产生研究设计了基于薄膜分束镜和组合式延迟线结构的可大范围调节脉冲间隔的联动分束方案,减少了光路的调节环节,为实验设备的仪器化打下基础。3.脉冲数字全息探测系统中双沃拉斯顿棱镜产生四方向参考光子脉冲的研究提出了一种基于沃拉斯顿棱镜的参考光子脉冲分束方案。根据所提出的方案,搭建了一套双沃拉斯顿棱镜分束系统,并记录了相关的全息图像。该方案的意义在于简化了参考光的整体结构,并且在其他领域如激光加工等方面也具有广泛的应用价值。根据实验方案所得到的全息图的频谱分布也满足了超快全息记录空间角分复用的要求,为后续复用的全息图像处理提供了支持。本文研究工作产生的创新性成果为:1.提出了采用非线性拟合算法测量飞秒激光双脉冲若干参数的方法。该部分成果发表在光子学报杂志上。2.设计了一种一步调节脉冲间隔的共线传输子脉冲串的方法和装置。该部分成果已申请了中国发明专利“可调节脉冲间隔的共光路超短激光脉冲分束方法和分束装置”,申请号:201410334680.03.设计了一种基于双沃拉斯顿棱镜的空间多角度传输光束的产生方法和装置。该部分成果已申请了中国发明专利“空间多角度传输光束的产生方法和分束装置”,申请号:201410334678.3
[Abstract]:Femtosecond laser ultra-fast digital holography is a new detection method combining ultrashort laser pulse with digital holography. It has outstanding advantages and wide application prospects in ultra-high resolution time, space exploration. Using this technology, many other technologies can not achieve the goal, such as the three-dimensional distribution of THz electric field. The ultrafast process of femtosecond laser excitation is detected. This project comes from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The project requires the establishment of 16-channel ultrashort laser pulse digital real-time detector. In this paper, some problems of femtosecond laser ultra fast digital holographic real time detection are studied, and the following work is done: 1. The study of object Light Multi-pulse Morphology in Pulsed Digital holographic Detection system the difference between autocorrelation and cross-correlation in pulse measurement accuracy is analyzed, and the femtosecond laser double pulses are detected by autocorrelation method. A nonlinear fitting algorithm of double pulse parameters based on autocorrelation method is proposed. The pulse width, pulse interval and intensity ratio parameters are obtained. Compared with the cross-correlation detection method, it is proved that the method proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the error of multi-pulse detection. Study on the generation of collinear transmission sub-trains of one-step regulating pulse interval in pulse digital holographic detection system the scheme of linkage beam splitting based on thin-film beam splitter and combined delay line structure is designed to adjust pulse interval in a large range. It reduces the adjustment of optical circuit and lays the foundation for the instrumentation of experimental equipment. 3. Study on the generation of four-direction reference photon pulses by double Wollaston prism in a pulsed digital holographic detection system a scheme for beam splitting of reference photon pulses based on Wollaston prism is proposed. According to the proposed scheme, a double Wollaston prism beam splitting system is set up and the related holographic images are recorded. The significance of this scheme is that it simplifies the whole structure of reference light and has wide application value in other fields such as laser processing. The spectrum distribution of the hologram obtained according to the experimental scheme also meets the requirements of spatial angular division multiplexing of ultra-fast holographic records and provides support for the subsequent multiplexing of holographic images. The innovative result of the research work in this paper is: 1. 1. A nonlinear fitting algorithm is proposed to measure several parameters of femtosecond laser double pulses. Some of the results are published in the journal Photonics. A one-step method and apparatus for adjusting the pulse interval of collinear transmission sub-pulse train is designed. This part of the achievement has applied for the Chinese invention patent "the common optical path ultrashort laser pulse splitting method and the beam splitting device" which can adjust the pulse interval, the application number is: 201410334680.03. In this paper, a method and apparatus for generating spatial multi-angle beam based on double Wollaston prism is designed. This part of the achievement has already applied for the Chinese invention patent "the generation method and the beam splitting device of the space multi-angle transmission beam", application number: 201410334678.3
