非制冷型红外成像系统的图像增强技术研究

【摘要】:近年来,红外成像系统在各个领域中都有举足轻重的作用。其中非制冷型红外成像系统由于性价比高、可靠性好、体积小、功耗低等优点受到广泛关注。与此同时,应用中对非制冷型红外成像系统的成像质量要求也逐年升高。对于非制冷型红外成像系统,如何提高并改善其成像质量已成为各领域的研究热点。本文从非制冷型红外成像系统的成像原理入手,以电阻型微测辐射热计作为成像器件。分析了微测辐射热计的偏置效应以及噪声特性,结合非制冷型红外成像机理及红外图像特点,探究了基于非制冷型红外成像系统的图像增强方法。本文首先探讨了传统图像增强方法的优缺点,通过实验的方式证明了任何单一的传统图像增强方法对红外图像的降噪效果都不明显,通常会丢失红外图像的细节信息,导致红外图像模糊。为此,本文提出了两种复合型图像增强方法,分别是边缘形态增强方法与单时域双边阈值增强方法。通过实验证明,边缘形态增强方法在实验上取得的效果非常明显,但算法复杂且缺乏实时性,很难在硬件平台上实时处理;而单时域双边阈值增强方法的优势是其算法简单且具有一定的实时性。最后对本文所处理的红外图像增强效果进行评价分析,为后续的研究打下理论基础,对非制冷型红外焦平面阵列的红外成像技术研究具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, infrared imaging system plays an important role in every field. Among them, uncooled infrared imaging system has attracted wide attention due to its advantages of high cost performance, good reliability, small size and low power consumption. At the same time, the imaging quality requirement of uncooled infrared imaging system is increasing year by year. For uncooled infrared imaging system, how to improve its imaging quality has become a hot research field. This paper starts with the imaging principle of uncooled infrared imaging system and uses resistive microbolometer as imaging device. The bias effect and noise characteristics of microbolometer are analyzed. Combined with the uncooled infrared imaging mechanism and infrared image characteristics, the image enhancement method based on uncooled infrared imaging system is explored. This paper first discusses the advantages and disadvantages of traditional image enhancement methods. It is proved by experiment that any single traditional image enhancement method has no obvious effect on infrared image noise reduction, and usually loses the detail information of infrared image. Result in infrared image blur. In this paper, two kinds of composite image enhancement methods are proposed in this paper, namely edge shape enhancement method and single time domain bilateral threshold enhancement method. The experimental results show that the edge morphology enhancement method is very effective in experiments, but the algorithm is complex and lacks real-time, so it is difficult to deal with it in real time on hardware platform. The advantage of single time domain bilateral threshold enhancement is that its algorithm is simple and real-time. Finally, the enhancement effect of infrared image processed in this paper is evaluated and analyzed, which lays a theoretical foundation for further research, and has certain reference value for the research of infrared imaging technology of uncooled infrared focal plane array.
