超声波脉冲在固-固界面传播的数值模拟分析

【摘要】:为了直观地显示超声波脉冲在固-固界面的传播规律,建立了两种玻璃组成的固-固界面有限元模型,模拟了超声波脉冲在固-固界面的传播情况。通过不同时刻的波场快照图,清晰地显示出超声波脉冲在不同声学参数的两种固-固界面的传播情况,模拟得到的结果与理论和实验结果相符。模拟结果表明,通过有限元模拟方法正确的模拟了超声波脉冲在固-固界面中的传播过程,清晰地观察到了在界面上形成的复杂声场情况,模拟结果可为超声无损检测技术在检测参数选择、缺陷特征提取等方面提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:In order to visualize the propagation of ultrasonic pulse at the solid-solid interface, a finite element model of the solid-solid interface composed of two kinds of glass was established, and the propagation of the ultrasonic pulse at the solid-solid interface was simulated. The propagation of ultrasonic pulses at two solid-solid interfaces with different acoustic parameters is clearly shown by the snapshots of wave fields at different times. The simulated results are in agreement with the theoretical and experimental results. The simulation results show that the propagation process of ultrasonic pulse in the solid-solid interface is correctly simulated by finite element method, and the complex sound field formed on the interface is clearly observed. The simulation results can provide some reference for ultrasonic nondestructive testing in parameter selection, defect feature extraction and so on.
