【摘要】:正1987年,柯达公司华人科学家邓青云报道了高效率有机电致发光器件(OLED),开启了OLED新时代.历经30年发展,OLED已从实验室走向千家万户,应用领域包括手机显示屏、大尺寸(55英寸)OLED电视机、仪器仪表、照明等.我国OLED产业发展迅速,已有多条生产线投产,未来3~5年OLED面板产能将领先全球.进一步提升OLED产品的质量、增加其市场竞争力,OLED器件的效率、寿命需要大幅提高,成本需要进一步降低.业内已有共识,制约
[Abstract]:In 1987, Kodak Chinese scientist Deng Qingyun reported that high efficiency organic electroluminescent devices (OLEDX) opened a new era of OLED. After 30 years of development, OLED has moved from the laboratory to thousands of households, applications include mobile phone display, large size 55-inch OLED television, instrumentation, lighting, and so on. China's OLED industry is developing rapidly, and many production lines have been put into production. In the next 3 ~ 5 years, OLED panel production capacity will lead the world. To further improve the quality of OLED products and increase the market competitiveness of OLED devices efficiency, life needs to be greatly increased, and costs need to be further reduced.
