微波滤波器的综合设计和诊断

【摘要】:滤波器综合技术是设计高性能指标微波滤波器的重要方法,但是利用该方法设计滤波器周期长,调试过程复杂,增加了滤波器研究和生产成本,滤波器诊断技术作为解决这一问题的关键技术得到大家的关注。本文系统的研究了广义切比雪夫交叉耦合滤波器综合理论和诊断技术,具体内容如下:1.给出了有耗单通带滤波器的诊断方法,包括单通带滤波器散射参数多项式的提取,耦合矩阵的诊断,以及无载Q值的移除和获取方法。综合设计并诊断了一个三阶(单零点)微带滤波器,一个三阶(无零点)腔体滤波器,一个四阶(双零点)微带滤波器,验证了有耗滤波器诊断方法的正确性。最后利用给出的诊断方法指导调试了一个四阶微带滤波器。2.给出双通带滤波器综合设计理论,并利用该理论指导设计了一个八阶双通带滤波器。给出双通带滤波器诊断方法,利用双通带滤波器诊断方法对该八阶双通带滤波器进行诊断,得到双通带滤波器的散射多项式和无载Q值,验证了此双通带滤波器诊断方法的正确性。3.提出一种带阻滤波器的诊断方法,包括带阻滤波器散射参数多项式的提取,耦合矩阵的诊断,以及无载Q值的移除和获得方法。利用该方法对六阶带阻滤波器电路模型和二阶腔体带阻滤波器进行诊断,验证了该诊断方法的正确性。
[Abstract]:Filter synthesis technology is an important method to design microwave filter with high performance index. However, the method has long period and complex debugging process, which increases the research and production cost of filter. As a key technology to solve this problem, filter diagnosis technology has attracted much attention. In this paper, the synthesis theory and diagnostic technique of generalized Chebyshev cross-coupling filter are systematically studied. The concrete contents are as follows: 1. The diagnosis method of lossy unipass band filter is presented, including the extraction of scattering parameter polynomial, the diagnosis of coupling matrix, and the removal and acquisition of unloaded Q value. A third order (single zero) microstrip filter, a third order (zero free) cavity filter and a fourth order (double zero) microstrip filter are designed and diagnosed. Finally, a four-order microstrip filter. 2. The synthetic design theory of double pass band filter is presented, and an eighth-order double pass band filter is designed under the guidance of the theory. The diagnosis method of double pass band filter is given. The eighth order double pass band filter is diagnosed by double pass band filter. The scattering polynomial and unloaded Q value of double pass band filter are obtained. The correctness of the double pass band filter diagnosis method is verified. 3. A diagnosis method of bandstop filter is presented, which includes the extraction of scattering parameter polynomial, the diagnosis of coupling matrix, and the removal and acquisition of unloaded Q value. This method is used to diagnose the sixth order band-stop filter circuit model and second-order cavity band-stop filter, and the correctness of the method is verified.
