基于CMOS的OTA-C滤波器的设计

【摘要】:OTA-C滤波器是CMOS模拟集成电路设计领域里的前沿课题,它在自动控制通信工程,电子信息传输等领域里有着非常广泛的应用。OTA-C滤波器作为连续时间滤波器的一种,有着极强的高频特性和电控能力,并且与MOS工艺兼容。本文首先进行了OTA的设计,该OTA采用折叠共源共栅的结构,体现出了高增益低功耗的特点,而后运用此结构设计了一种高阻全补偿的OTA-C低通滤波器,该滤波器采用开关电容和反馈的结构,用MOS管来代替电阻,实现高阻全补偿和低通滤波的功能。本文采用UMC0.18μm工艺设计的CMOS-OTA,其实际仿真结果为:电压增益为89.53dB;单位增益带宽为128.63MHz;摆率为12.3V/us;共模输入范围为0.66~1.98V;共模输出范围:0~2.24V;共模抑制比为62.43dB;电源电压抑制比为70.36dB;功率为5.565mW;版图面积为0.32mm2。实际仿真后的二阶OTA-C低通滤波器的截止频率1MHz,通带波纹小于1dB,阻带所需的最小衰减率为1.5,阻带衰减小于50dB,达到了设计要求。
[Abstract]:OTA-C filter is an advanced subject in CMOS analog integrated circuit design field. It has been widely used in the fields of automatic control communication engineering, electronic information transmission and so on. OTA-C filter is used as a continuous time filter. It has strong high frequency characteristic and electronic control ability, and is compatible with MOS process. In this paper, the design of OTA is first carried out. The OTA adopts the structure of folded common-grid, which embodies the characteristics of high gain and low power consumption. Then, an OTA-C low-pass filter with high resistance and full compensation is designed. The filter adopts the structure of switch capacitance and feedback and uses MOS to replace the resistor to realize the function of full compensation of high resistance and low pass filter. The practical simulation results of this paper are as follows: voltage gain 89.53 dB, unit gain bandwidth 128.63 MHz, pendulum rate 12.3 V / s, common-mode input range 0.660.98 V, common-mode output range: 02.24 V, common-mode rejection ratio 62.43 dB, supply voltage rejection ratio 70.36 dB, common-mode output range: 02.24 V, common-mode rejection ratio 62.43 dB, power supply voltage rejection ratio 70.36 dB, common-mode input range 0.66V 1.98 V, common-mode output range: 02.24 V, common-mode rejection ratio 62.43 dB, power supply voltage rejection ratio 70.36 dB; The rate is 5.565mW and the layout area is 0.32mm2. After practical simulation, the cutoff frequency of the second-order OTA-C low-pass filter is 1 MHz, the passband ripple is less than 1 dB, the minimum attenuation rate of the stopband is 1.5, and the stopband attenuation is less than 50 dB, which meets the design requirements.
