声表面波器件设计及测试装置的研究

【摘要】:声表面波(SAW,Surface Acoustic Waves)器件由于具有无源、体积小、易集成等优势,已广泛应用于移动通信、广播、电视等众多领域。但是,目前针对声表面波器件设计,尚未有成熟的软件出现,使得器件设计存在周期长、强度大、易出错等问题。另外,声表面波器件在测试中很容易受外界温度、湿度等环境参量的影响,因此设计一个环境参量相对稳定且可控的独立环境,对于实现声表面波器件参数的准确测量和获取具有十分重要的意义。本文针对这两个问题,对声表面波器件设计软件和器件测试装置进行设计、研究。在声表面波器件设计研究中,利用MATLAB的数值计算功能和GUI数据可视化技术,开发设计了声表面波器件设计软件。软件由声表面波器件的版图输出和数据提取两个部分组成。用户在GUI设计界面输入衬底材料、中心频率等参数,即可得到器件相应的版图图形。而数据提取设计是将MATLAB运算得出的器件坐标数据进行提取,并在GUI界面显示。通过对一个中心频率为101.079MHz,32对叉指换能器典型声表面波器件的版图设计及版图数据的输出,说明了该软件的可行性。在声表面波器件的测试装置研究中,为满足器件测试环境的要求,搭建了一个独立的测试装置。该测试装置包括独立测试空间以及置于其中的温度控制模块,加速混气模块和扩展的液汽转换模块。其中,温度控制模块是利用PID算法,控制PWM脉冲输出,进而实现温控模块工作方式的控制。该测试装置实现了环境温度实时可控,加速均匀气体,无辅助装置下液体转换成气体等功能,提供一个温度稳定的实验环境。
[Abstract]:Surface acoustic wave (saw) devices have been widely used in many fields, such as mobile communication, radio, television and so on, due to their advantages of passive, small size and easy integration. However, at present, there is no mature software for surface acoustic wave device design, which makes the device design has many problems, such as long period, high strength, easy to make mistakes and so on. In addition, surface acoustic wave devices are easily affected by environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity, so an independent environment with relatively stable and controllable environmental parameters is designed. It is very important for the accurate measurement and acquisition of saw device parameters. Aiming at these two problems, the design software and the device testing device of saw device are designed and studied in this paper. In the research of saw device design, the software of saw device design is developed by using the numerical calculation function of MATLAB and GUI data visualization technology. The software consists of layout output and data extraction of saw device. Users input substrate material, center frequency and other parameters in the GUI design interface to obtain the corresponding layout of the device. The design of data extraction is to extract the coordinate data from MATLAB and display it in GUI interface. The feasibility of this software is illustrated by the layout design and layout data output of a typical saw device with a center frequency of 101.079MHz / 32. In order to meet the requirements of testing environment, an independent testing device is built in the research of saw device testing device. The test device includes an independent test space and a temperature control module placed therein, an accelerated gas mixing module and an extended liquid steam conversion module. The temperature control module uses pid algorithm to control the PWM pulse output, and then realizes the control of the working mode of the temperature control module. The testing device realizes the functions of real-time control of ambient temperature, acceleration of uniform gas, conversion of liquid to gas without auxiliary device, and provides a stable experimental environment.
