基于卡塞格林光学系统的红外目标模拟器技术研究

【摘要】:在研制红外导引系统或可视系统的过程中,红外目标仿真技术可为其性能参数测试提供一个精确可控的实验条件,使得红外导引头的性能检测变得更加准确、可靠。红外目标模拟器作为目标仿真实验的核心部分,可在实验室的条件下模拟接近真实的红外目标,以获得红外导引头在不同条件下的工作情况,,因此针对性地研制相应的红外目标模拟器具有至关重要的意义。 本论文针对导弹整体性能测试中目标体红外辐射强度及其运动特性的模拟需求,完成了同轴反射式和离轴反射式两种类型的目标模拟器光学结构设计,并根据同轴反射式光路结构进行机械设计和实验检测,完成了同轴红外目标模拟设备的研制工作。论文主要研究工作有以下几个方面: (1)同轴反射式红外目标模拟器光学系统设计:通过对传统反射式平行光管的分析,利用光学设计软件Zemax设计了光学系统,并对其进行了像质分析和公差分析。 (2)离轴反射式红外目标模拟器光学系统设计:根据技术指标要求确定了离轴抛物面镜的通光口径、离轴量和焦距等参数值,并通过Zemax软件设计了系统光路结构图。 (3)同轴反射式红外目标模拟器结构设计与装调:根据同轴红外目标模拟器原理研制系统机械结构,并对装配完成的卡塞格林准直光学系统进行成像像质检测。 (4)同轴反射式红外目标模拟器实验验证:首先分析了系统出射光平行度误差来源,然后采用五棱镜法对系统出射光平行度进行了实验检测。 实验结果表明,该系统成像质量好,具有良好的实用性,出射光平行度为8.89″,远小于1′,满足系统设计要求。本论文研制的红外目标模拟器,可为红外导引头的角运动特性和红外辐射强度检测提供一个有效的技术途径。
[Abstract]:In the process of developing infrared guidance system or visual system, infrared target simulation technology can provide an accurate and controllable experimental condition for the performance parameter test of infrared seeker, and make the performance detection of infrared seeker more accurate and reliable. As the core part of the target simulation experiment, the infrared target simulator can simulate near the real infrared target under the condition of the laboratory, in order to obtain the working condition of the infrared seeker under different conditions. So it is very important to develop the infrared target simulator. In order to simulate the infrared radiation intensity and its motion characteristics of the target in the whole missile performance test, the optical structure design of the coaxial reflector and off-axis target simulator is completed in this paper. According to the structure of the coaxial reflective optical path, the mechanical design and experimental detection are carried out, and the development of the simulation equipment for the coaxial infrared target is completed. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) the optical system design of the coaxial infrared target simulator: through the analysis of the traditional reflective parallel light tube, the optical system is designed by using the optical design software Zemax. The image quality analysis and tolerance analysis are carried out. (2) the optical system design of off-axis reflector infrared target simulator: according to the technical requirements, the optical parameters of off-axis parabolic mirror, such as optical aperture, off-axis amount and focal length, are determined. The optical circuit structure of the system is designed by Zemax software. (3) the structure design and installation of the coaxial infrared target simulator: according to the principle of the coaxial infrared target simulator, the mechanical structure of the system is developed. The imaging image quality of the assembled Cassegrain collimation optical system is tested. (4) the experimental verification of the coaxial reflection infrared target simulator: firstly, the error source of the system output parallelism is analyzed. Then, the parallelism of the output light of the system is tested by using the prism method. The experimental results show that the system has good imaging quality and good practicability. The parallel degree of output light is 8.89 ", which is far less than 1g, which meets the design requirements of the system. The infrared target simulator developed in this paper can provide an effective technical approach for the angular motion characteristics and infrared radiation intensity detection of infrared seeker.
