基于PLL技术的频率合成器设计与研究

【摘要】:频率合成器的问世激发了科研工作者巨大的热情,以锁相理论为基础的新型频率合成器得到了迅猛的发展,特别在雷达、通信设备、电子对抗等领域应用非常广泛。本文详细介绍了锁相环频率合成器的工作原理、基本结构及ADF4107的性能特点,同时结合项目需求,在C波段雷达接收机项目中,设计了项目中的关键模块——频率源。我们在项目中采用了锁相环频率合成方案(PLL),它的输出频率的频谱纯度高,而且很容易对所需输出频率进行程序控制,频率稳定度高,尤其是相位噪声低,使用灵活、性能优越等优点,完全能够满足本课题来源C波段雷达接收机的频率源技术指标,所以本文从以锁相环技术为依据的频率合成器出发,设计了相应的实验装置来进行实验验证,主要是满足了C波段雷达接收机的频率源技术指标,并为项目的后续发展提供了实际经验和理论指导。
[Abstract]:The advent of frequency synthesizer has aroused great enthusiasm of researchers, and a new type of frequency synthesizer based on phase-locked theory has been developed rapidly, especially in the fields of radar, communication equipment, electronic countermeasure and so on. In this paper, the working principle, basic structure and performance characteristics of the PLL frequency synthesizer are introduced in detail. At the same time, according to the requirements of the project, the key module of the project, the frequency source, is designed in the C-band radar receiver project. We have adopted PLL Frequency Synthesis Scheme (PLL) in the project, its output frequency is of high frequency purity, and it is easy to program control the required output frequency, the frequency stability is high, especially the phase noise is low, the use is flexible. Because of its superior performance, it can fully meet the frequency source technical specifications of the C-band radar receiver. Therefore, based on the frequency synthesizer based on the phase-locked loop technology, a corresponding experimental device is designed to carry out the experimental verification. It mainly meets the technical specifications of frequency source of C-band radar receiver and provides practical experience and theoretical guidance for the future development of the project.
