调速系统中变频器的EMI滤波器设计

【摘要】:在工业中,调速电气传动系统是目前使用十分普遍的一种传动系统,特别是交流的变频调速,由于其节能显著、保护完善控制性能好、过载能力强、使用维护方便等优点,被迅速发展起来。在我国变频调速己经进入实用和推广阶段,但是变频调速系统的电磁骚扰(干扰)问题已经成为进一步推广使用的难点,越来越成为行业关注的焦点。本文详细分析了变频器传导骚扰的产生的原理,阐述了传导骚扰中差模骚扰和共模骚扰的耦合途径。对变频器的骚扰源进行了骚扰频谱分析,在骚扰频谱分析的基础上给出了降低传导骚扰的方法。在设计变频器的EMI滤波器时,先使用差模抑制网络将骚扰信号分离为差模信号和共模信号,然后通过已知的参量之间的关系,计算得出差模频谱。根据分离的结果以及IEC 61800-3的规定,以中达电子生产的VFD220BH43E型变频器为例,分别设计变频器的EMI滤波器的差模参数和共模参数。在滤波器参数设计好后,还需要考虑滤波器无源器件的寄生参数以及这些器件之间的相互耦合,然后采取适当的措施加以改进。对于电容的寄生电感,本文采用一种带中间抽头的电感线圈绕线结构,利用它的反向的耦合电感达到抵消电容的寄生电感的目的;对于电感的寄生电容,采用增大线圈与磁芯、线圈匝与匝之间的距离来减小寄生电容效应。对于无源器件之间的耦合效应的影响,采用改变线圈绕线结构、屏蔽电容等方法改善。最终的实验结果证明了采取措施后的滤波器高频特性得到了很大的改善,可以满足EMC限值要求,也验证了消除耦合参数和寄生参数的方法是有效的。
[Abstract]:In industry, the speed regulation electric drive system is a kind of drive system which is widely used at present, especially the AC frequency conversion speed control system. Because of its remarkable energy saving, good protection and perfect control performance, strong overload ability, convenient operation and maintenance, etc. Was rapidly developed. In our country, the frequency conversion speed regulation has already entered the practical and popularized stage, but the electromagnetic disturbance (interference) problem of the frequency conversion speed regulation system has become the difficulty of further popularizing and using, and has become the focus of the industry more and more. In this paper, the principle of inductive disturbance in frequency converter is analyzed in detail, and the coupling way of differential mode disturbance and common mode disturbance in conduction disturbance is expounded. The disturbance spectrum of the frequency converter is analyzed, and the method of reducing the conduction disturbance is given on the basis of the disturbance spectrum analysis. In designing the EMI filter of the converter, the disturbance signal is separated into the differential mode signal and the common mode signal by using the differential mode suppression network, and then the travel mode spectrum is calculated by the relationship between the known parameters. According to the result of separation and the stipulation of IEC 61800-3, the differential mode parameters and common mode parameters of the EMI filter of the converter are designed by taking the VFD220BH43E inverter produced by Zhonda Electronics as an example. After the design of filter parameters, the parasitic parameters of filter passive devices and their mutual coupling should be considered, and then appropriate measures should be taken to improve them. For the parasitic inductance of capacitance, a coil winding structure with intermediate tap is adopted in this paper, and its reverse coupling inductance is used to counteract the parasitic inductance of capacitance, and the parasitic capacitance of inductance is increased by increasing coil and magnetic core. The distance between coil turns and turns to reduce parasitic capacitance effect. For the influence of coupling effect between passive devices, the coil winding structure and shielding capacitance are improved. The experimental results show that the high frequency characteristic of the filter is greatly improved, which can meet the EMC limit, and the method of eliminating the coupling parameters and parasitic parameters is effective.
