飞针测试机电测系统的设计

【摘要】:随着电子产业的迅猛发展,PCB电性能指标要求日益提高。传统的PCB针床测试方式需要较长时间和较高成本制作测试夹具,难以满足小批量、多种类样品板和产品频繁更新换代的检测需求。基于这些问题,本论文中设计的飞针测试机,根据PCB的Gerber文件快速生成测试资料,由飞针测试机运动控制系统快速移动测试探针,与机器电测系统互动快速进行PCB电性能测试,有效弥补了针床测试方式的不足。电测系统是飞针测试机的重要组成部分,其性能直接决定了整机的测试效率和精度,在软硬件设计时必须兼顾这两个关键指标。电测系统检测PCB缺陷的方法有电容测试法、导通测试法、绝缘测试法、微阻测试法,在研究这些测试方法基础上整合四种方法,对提高机器整体性能具有重要意义。本文首先论述了飞针测试机的整体架构,分析了制约飞针测试机检测效率的几点因素,提出了能改进效率的一套系统架构。然后针对系统架构中的电测系统部分进行了方案制定和具体软硬件设计。在电测系统设计理论部分,首先分析了飞针的组合方式,确定了微阻测试四线制接线方式,对微阻测量的信号噪声问题进行了分析,其次对硬件系统进行了选型和设计,主要包括恒流源与高压测试源电路、AD/DA转化电路、电容测试电路、信号采集电路、电源电路等部分。在软件设计部分,主要以STM32F303为控制核心,由它管理测量和通信流程,该部分根据实际需求制定了通信协议,给出了硬件初始化、硬件自检子程序、数据采集和中位值滤波等程序的实现流程,并进行了软件设计。在实验室对电测系统各个功能进行了测试,验证了本系统硬软件设计的可行性,实现了飞针测试机四种电测方法及其整合,达到了电测系统的测量精度和效率的初步要求。此外,在飞针测试机现场进行了联调测试,并且在工控机上分别导出了四种测试方法的测试数据,对数据进行了分析,除去机器本身的脉冲干扰,测试数据具有良好的线性度和重复度。测试结果证明,飞针测试机电测系统具有较好的测量精度,并能配合机器运动控制系统进行快速测量。具有良好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic industry, the requirements of PCB electrical performance index are increasing. The traditional testing method of PCB needle bed needs a long time and high cost to make the test fixture, which is difficult to meet the test demand of small batch, many kinds of sample boards and products frequently updated. Based on these problems, the flying needle tester designed in this paper generates the test data quickly according to the Gerber file of PCB, moves the test probe quickly by the motion control system of the flying needle tester, and interacts with the electrical testing system of the machine to carry out the PCB electrical performance test quickly. Effectively make up for the lack of needle-bed testing. The electric measuring system is an important part of the flying needle tester. Its performance directly determines the testing efficiency and precision of the whole machine. The two key indexes must be taken into account in the design of software and hardware. The methods of detecting PCB defects in electric measuring system include capacitance test, conduction test, insulation test and micro-resistance test. It is of great significance to improve the overall performance of the machine by integrating four methods on the basis of studying these testing methods. This paper first discusses the whole structure of the flying needle tester, analyzes several factors that restrict the testing efficiency of the flying needle tester, and puts forward a set of system architecture which can improve the efficiency of the flying needle tester. Then, the scheme and the hardware and software are designed for the electrical measurement system in the system architecture. In the part of the design theory of the electric measurement system, the combination mode of the flying needle is analyzed, the four-wire connection mode of the micro-resistance test is determined, the signal noise problem of the micro-resistance measurement is analyzed, and the hardware system is selected and designed. It mainly includes AC / DA conversion circuit, capacitance test circuit, signal acquisition circuit, power supply circuit and so on. In the part of software design, STM32F303 is used as the control core, which manages the measurement and communication flow. According to the actual requirements, the communication protocol is established, and the hardware initialization and hardware self-checking subprogram are given. Data acquisition and median value filtering and other programs are implemented, and software design is carried out. The functions of the electric measurement system are tested in the laboratory, the feasibility of the hardware and software design of the system is verified, and the four electric measuring methods and their integration of the flying needle tester are realized, which meet the primary requirements of the measuring accuracy and efficiency of the electric measuring system. In addition, the test data of four kinds of test methods are derived from the field of the flying needle test machine, and the test data are analyzed to remove the pulse interference of the machine itself. The test data have good linearity and repetition. The test results show that the flying needle test electromechanical measurement system has good measurement accuracy and can be quickly measured with the machine motion control system. It has good application prospect.
