压配合连接器压接设备机械系统的设计和分析

【摘要】:超高速背板是互联网骨干网络中节点设备的关键部件之一,压配合连接器的压接工序是超高速背板加工产业中很重要的环节。面对高速、高密集型压配合连接器的快速发展,背板加工行业对连接器压接设备的定位精度,可靠性,柔性化和自动化程度提出了更高的要求。因此本课题针对压配合连接器自动压接设备的机械系统进行了设计、分析及优化。本文基于自动压接工艺需求,设计了能承受较大负载的,高刚性的,同时具备较高定位精度的柔性化的自动压接设备,对进一步推动连接器压接设备的发展有一定意义。本文首先介绍了连接器的压接工艺特点,全面分析了压接设备的国内外发展现状,并对目前最先进的自动化压接设备所使用的的直角坐标系机械结构的研究现状进行了分析和探讨。在结构设计阶段,采用了直角坐标系框架作为机械系统的主体结构,选用了直线电机驱动X、Y轴,选用了伺服电机驱动Z轴,并通过建模软件PRO/E建立了三维模型草图。在机械结构校核验证方面,使用了有限元分析软件对设备的横梁、立柱等关键结构进行了静力学分析和模态分析,并使用类比法对结构进行了优化设计,最终提升了机台的刚度和固有频率。还利用了虚拟样机技术对机构进行了运动仿真,验证了驱动部件的理论计算结果的正确性。最后,在上述研究的基础上建造了一台全自动压接设备,并对整机进行了定位精度校验和自动压接连接器实验。通过相关实验,验证了有限元分析和运动仿真的准确性。
[Abstract]:Ultra-high speed backplane is one of the key components of node equipment in Internet backbone network. The pressing process of press fit connector is an important link in ultra-high speed backplane processing industry. Facing the rapid development of high-speed and high-intensive press fit connectors, the backplane processing industry has put forward higher requirements for the positioning accuracy, reliability, flexibility and automation of the connector pressing equipment. Therefore, this paper designs, analyzes and optimizes the mechanical system of automatic press joint equipment for press fit connector. Based on the requirement of automatic pressing process, this paper designs flexible automatic pressing equipment which can bear large load, high rigidity and high positioning precision, which is of certain significance to further promote the development of connector pressing equipment. In this paper, the characteristics of the connector pressing process are introduced, and the development status of the press joint equipment at home and abroad is analyzed. The research status of the Cartesian coordinate system used in the most advanced automatic pressing equipment is analyzed and discussed. In the stage of structure design, the frame of Cartesian coordinate system is adopted as the main structure of the mechanical system, the linear motor drives the XY axis, the servo motor drives the Z axis, and the 3D model sketch is established by the modeling software PRO/E. In the aspect of mechanical structure checking and verification, the finite element analysis software is used to carry out the static analysis and modal analysis of the key structures, such as the beam and column of the equipment, and the optimization design of the structure is carried out by using the analogy method. Finally, the stiffness and natural frequency of the machine are improved. The virtual prototyping technology is also used to simulate the motion of the mechanism, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical calculation results of the driving parts. Finally, on the basis of the above research, a fully automatic bonding equipment is built, and the positioning accuracy check and the automatic pressing connector experiment are carried out on the whole machine. The accuracy of finite element analysis and motion simulation is verified by relevant experiments.
