线性相位滤波器的研究

【摘要】:随着移动通信技术的迅猛发展,人们对信息量的需求越来越大,数据传输业务也受到了严峻的挑战,仅仅提高传输速度已经不能满足需求,人们对传输信号的质量要求也越来越高。滤波器是通信系统中重要的一环,传输过程中幅度特性和相位特性均无失真的滤波器可以减小系统的误码率,提高系统的传输质量。这就使得人们要求滤波器不仅有良好的幅频响应,在通带内还要有近似常数的时延特性。因此,线性相位滤波器的研究与设计越来越受到重视。本文以分布参数滤波器理论为基础,利用线性相位低通原型网络设计了一款八阶LTCC梳状线带通线性相位滤波器。滤波器尺寸为2.5mm×3.2mm×1.5mm,通带频率从3.5GHz到4.1GHz,通带内插损小于3dB,回波损耗小于16dB,时延为1.1ns左右,通带内群时延平坦范围达到了58.3%。主要通过场的分析方法,分析各谐振级间的耦合情况,然后通过加入相同性质的交叉耦合在复平面的虚轴上产生传输零点以达到改善群时延的目的。文中还给出了另外两个梳状线线性相位滤波器的设计例子,分别是宽带带通线性相位滤波器和高频带通线性相位滤波器,通带内群时延以及群时延平坦范围分别达到了0.6ns、63.2%和0.8ns、50%。利用仿真软件HFSS进行模型搭建和仿真优化,大大缩短了滤波器的设计周期,十分方便。此外还设计了一款采用环状微带线结构设计的环状线性相位滤波器,所选介质基片的相对介电常数为40,厚度为lmm。通过使用ADS软件,通过路的分析方法,不断增加谐振级阶数改善滤波器的性能。四环滤波器通带范围从8.82GHz至12.25GHz,通带内群时延为0.258ns,波动范围小于0.005ns,通带内群时延平坦范围为50%。五环滤波器通带范围从10.11GHz至12.75GHz,通带内群时延为0.258ns,波动范围小于0.002ns,通带内群时延平坦范围为33.3%。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, people need more and more information, and the data transmission service is also facing severe challenges. Only increasing the transmission speed can not meet the demand, and the quality of the transmission signal is becoming more and more demanding. It is required that filters not only have good amplitude-frequency response, but also have approximate constant delay characteristics in the passband. Therefore, the research and design of linear phase filters are paid more and more attention. Based on the theory of digital filter, an eighth-order LTCC comb-line band-pass linear phase filter is designed by using a linear phase low-pass prototype network. The filter size is 2.5mm *3.2mm *1.5mm, the passband frequency is from 3.5GHz to 4.1GHz, the passband interpolation loss is less than 3dB, the return loss is less than 16dB, the delay is about 1.1ns, and the flat range of group delay in the passband is up to 4.1GHz. The result is 58.3%. The coupling between the resonant stages is analyzed mainly by the field analysis method, and then the transmission zeros are generated on the imaginary axis of the complex plane by adding the same cross-coupling to improve the group delay. Linear phase filter and high frequency band-pass linear phase filter can achieve 0.6 ns, 63.2% and 0.8 ns, 50% flat range of group delay in passband, respectively. The designed loop linear phase filter has a dielectric substrate with a relative dielectric constant of 40 and a thickness of lmm. By using ADS software, the performance of the filter is improved by increasing the resonant order continuously. The passband range of the filter is from 8.82 GHz to 12.25 GHz, the group delay in the passband is 0.258 ns, and the fluctuation range is less than 0.005 n. The bandwidth of the five-loop filter ranges from 10.11 GHz to 12.75 GHz, the group delay within the passband is 0.258 ns, the fluctuation range is less than 0.002 ns, and the group delay within the passband is flat in the range of 33.3%.
