微电网用有源滤波器的研究

【摘要】:在能源利用方式多样化和用电需求高标准化的形势下,提高微电网供电可靠性,保证其电能质量势在必行,而微电网系统谐波是影响其供电质量的主要原因之一。本文针对有效抑制微电网谐波的有源电力滤波器展开研究,对保证微电网供电质量具有实际意义与应用价值。 结合微电网中谐波源具有数量多且分散的特点,本文深入分析了微电网中电能产生和使用过程中均存在的谐波现象,给出了谐波源间的谐波交互影响因素,源谐波传播过程中具有放大性,从而得出与单一谐波抑制相比,微电网整体谐波抑制的手段针对性不强。 本文针对传统有源滤波器应用于微电网系统时存在的增大其他节点处谐波含量问题,根据相邻段谐波放大原理,给出了一种基于虚拟阻抗复合检测方法的有源滤波器,利用检测电压与输出电流的比例关系形成虚拟阻抗作用,抑制谐波的传播。在有效抑制接入点处谐波含量的同时,减小了对其它节点的影响,有效地降低了系统整体的谐波含量。针对所采用的三角波比较跟踪控制方法存在的谐波注入问题,设计了LCL输出滤波器,有效消除了有源滤波器主电路开关次谐波对补偿效果的影响。 采用MATLAB/simulink仿真软件对所研究的微电网用有源滤波器进行仿真。仿真结果表明所设计的微电网用有源滤波器的有效性,,以及在多谐波源下微电网抑制谐波水平的提高。
[Abstract]:It is imperative to improve the reliability of micro-grid power supply and ensure its power quality under the situation of diversification of energy utilization mode and high standardization of power demand. The harmonic of micro-grid system is one of the main reasons that affect the power supply quality. In this paper, the active power filter (APF), which can effectively suppress harmonic in microgrid, is studied, which is of practical significance and application value to ensure the power supply quality of microgrid. Combined with the large number and dispersion of harmonic sources in microgrid, the harmonic phenomena in the process of generation and use of electric energy in microgrid are analyzed in this paper, and the influencing factors of harmonic interaction between harmonic sources are given. In the process of source harmonic propagation, it is shown that compared with single harmonic suppression, the overall harmonic suppression of micro-grid is less targeted than that of single harmonic suppression. Aiming at the problem of increasing harmonic content at other nodes when traditional active power filter is applied to microgrid system, according to the principle of harmonic amplification of adjacent segments, an active power filter based on virtual impedance composite detection method is presented in this paper. The virtual impedance is formed by the proportional relation between the detection voltage and the output current, and the harmonic propagation is restrained. The harmonic content at the access point is effectively suppressed, the influence on other nodes is reduced, and the harmonic content of the whole system is effectively reduced. Aiming at the harmonic injection problem in the triangle wave comparison tracking control method, the LCL output filter is designed, which effectively eliminates the influence of the switching and subharmonic of the main circuit of the active power filter on the compensation effect. The MATLAB/simulink simulation software is used to simulate the active power filter used in the microgrid. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the designed active filter for microgrid and the improvement of the harmonic suppression level of the microgrid under multi-harmonic sources.
