工程化百瓦级绿光激光器研究

【摘要】:随着全固态激光技术、调Q技术及非线性频率变换技术的飞速蓬勃发展,全固态绿光激光器在科研、激光医疗、激光加工、军事国防、及激光显示等领域应用越来越广泛。在激光显示领域中,高功率红、绿、蓝三基色全固态激光技术作为激光彩色显示的关键技术,属于当前国际激光领域研究的前沿课题,深受研究者的关注。激光二极管泵浦全固态激光器(Diode Pump All-Solid State Laser,DPSSL)具有效率高、全固态化、稳定性、好寿命长、结构简单紧凑、能获得较高功率和良好光束质量激光输出等优点。全固态激光器结合非线性光学倍频技术是获得全固态绿光激光器(Diode Pump All-Solid State Green Laser,DPSSGL)最具有发展前景的方案,即由半导体激光二极管或激光光源阵列泵浦激光增益介质获得1064 nm基频光,再结合调Q技术形成高峰值功率的1064nm脉冲激光,加入非线性倍频晶体(例如KTP、LBO、BBO)实现高功率532nm绿光输出。本课题在国家863项目“XXX激光光源研究”的背景下,展开对工程化百瓦级绿光激光器相关理论分析和实验研究。最终,实现了光纤耦合输出的126 W高功率全固态绿光激光器工程化样机研制,光纤耦合效率90.3%,连续输出绿光3个小时,功率波动小于±1.29%,该激光器运行稳定,532nm绿光平均功率及功率稳定性等符合项目技术指标要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of all-solid-state laser technology, Q-switched technology and nonlinear frequency conversion technology, all-solid-state green laser is more and more widely used in scientific research, laser medical treatment, laser processing, military defense, and laser display and other fields. In the field of laser display, high power red, green and blue three-color all-solid-state laser technology, as the key technology of laser color display, is one of the frontier research topics in the international laser field, and has been paid close attention to by researchers. Laser diode pumped all-solid-state laser (Diode Pump All-Solid State Laser,DPSSL) has the advantages of high efficiency, all-solid-state, stability, long life, simple and compact structure, high power and good beam quality laser output. All-solid-state laser combined with nonlinear optical frequency-doubling technique is the most promising way to obtain all-solid-state green laser (Diode Pump All-Solid State Green Laser,DPSSGL). That is, 1064 nm fundamental frequency light is obtained by laser gain medium pumped by semiconductor laser diode or laser light source array, and 1064nm pulse laser with high peak power is formed by combining Q-switched technology. High power 532nm green light output is achieved by adding nonlinear frequency-doubling crystals (such as KTP,LBO,BBO). Under the background of the national 863 project "study of XXX laser light source", the related theoretical analysis and experimental research on the engineering 100-watt green laser are carried out. Finally, an engineering prototype of a 126W high power all-solid-state green laser with fiber coupling output is developed. The coupling efficiency of the fiber is 90.33.The green light is continuously output for 3 hours. The power fluctuation is less than 卤1.29. The average power and power stability of the laser operating stably at 532 nm are in line with the technical requirements of the project.
