宽带同轴腔体滤波器的设计

【摘要】:首先分析了宽带滤波器的制作难点,利用同轴腔体的形式实现了一款宽带带通滤波器,并通过加载电容的原理实现了滤波器的小型化。最后通过仿真软件CST设计了中心频率4.24GHz,带宽为44.3%的宽带滤波。结果表明,滤波器实物在整个频带内电压驻波比、带外抑制良好,满足手持雷达装置使用要求。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the difficulty of making broadband filter is analyzed, a broadband bandpass filter is realized by coaxial cavity, and the filter is miniaturized by the principle of capacitive loading. Finally, a wideband filter with a central frequency of 4.24 GHz and a bandwidth of 44.3% is designed by the simulation software CST. The results show that the VSWR of the filter in the whole frequency band is well suppressed and meets the requirements of the hand-held radar device.
