互调仪中基于PLL技术的频率源设计

【摘要】:提出了一种基于PLL技术的宽带频率合成器,用作互调仪中的扫频源。借助ADIsimPLL完成了频率合成器中部分元件参数的确定,并进行整体可行性分析。利用ADF4355、PIC18F25K20等器件成功搭建频率合成器,经调试优化,最终符合设计要求。该频率合成器输出800MHz~2.6GHz的可调频率,输出功率≥4dBm,相位噪声优于-90dBc@10kHz。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a wideband frequency synthesizer based on PLL technology, which can be used as a sweep source in intermodulation instrument. The parameters of some components in the frequency synthesizer are determined by ADIsimPLL, and the overall feasibility is analyzed. The frequency synthesizer is successfully built by using ADF4355,PIC18F25K20 and other devices. After debugging and optimization, the frequency synthesizer meets the design requirements.
